Rachel's place was a very peaceful quiet place of rest for me and my husband. We were in Ithaca for his late sister's celebration of life. We were greeted with a still warm loaf of bread and farm fresh eggs which I think is a very nice homey touch. We didn't do any cooking of meals the two nights we were there, but from what we could see, it was well stocked with all the necessities for anyone who wishes to cook their own meals. The grounds were beautiful and well kept and the place was spotless and the bed was very comfortable. We got to meet Bodhi who was absolutely precious and very well behaved. If we ever have the opportunity to come back to Ithaca, we would definitely pick Rachel's place.

My family and I stayed at Deepak’s home and it was a beautiful/lovely home that was very relaxing and peaceful. He had a ping pong table, a tv, and a few other activities to do while staying in his home. I have a family of 5 and I’m happy to say everyone had enough room, we shared beds but honestly everyone had enough room in the beds. Everything was clean and nice and spacious.

This Hillside Retreat was the perfect place for my stay. Located near the restaurants and campus. It is within walking distance to the lake. The accommodations were very clean and cozy feeling. More importantly it was very quiet and I felt safe. I would definitely choose Marjorie’s location, if available, if I were to return to the area. Lastly, she was very kind in having a chilled bottle of wine ready for when I arrived!

This was my first experience using an Airbnb, and our host was phenomenal. We needed something last minute, and Hilal was very responsive to all my questions and went out of his way to help us when we had an unexpected change in our travel plans. Check in was super easy, and the location was perfect - beautiful neighborhood and great for walks. We had our husky with us and she loved her walks around the neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

The neighborhood is beautiful and the location is close enough to walk to Market Street. The layout is perfect for multiple guests and the views from upstairs are amazing. This was our third visit and can’t wait to come back.

Karen’s place is a wonderful place to stay—extremely clean, peaceful, and exactly as shown in the pictures. It offers easy access to I-90. Karen is a responsive and friendly host, and I appreciated the option for a flexible check-out. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The large, private, garden-level studio has everything you need. It features a spacious and clean kitchen with utensils, a large dining table, complimentary coffee, and a comfortable sofa to relax on. The bathroom was also clean and well-stocked with amenities. A couple of minor things: laundry is available for guests staying a week or longer, and you need to walk about 10 meters across grass from the parking area to the studio entrance. This wasn’t a problem in dry weather, but it became a bit inconvenient when it rained—still manageable, though. I would gladly give this place ten stars if there were a hard path leading to the studio. Overall, I truly enjoyed and was very happy with the experience.

I really enjoyed staying at Gina's place, highly recommend. I like the location as it is near applebees and walmart. Very comfortable and would stay there again.

Bridget’s home was so cute and every details was so thoughtful. We pulled up to the beautiful grounds and into a parking spot with our name on it. What a warm welcome! Inside the rooms were nicely decorated & so thoughtfully appointed. Every bed had a nightstand or thoughtful place to charge a phone or place little things at your bed side. Each bed had lots of corresponding towels in different colors making them easy to tell apart! What a great idea! Ample closet space to hang your clothes and lots of hooks & pegs on the wall to hang extra stuff like towels, bags, coats & keys. We were in town for Thanksgiving with families so we didn’t really use the kitchen, but it’s spacious and comfortable with a table that seats a crowd. The back door overlooking the green rolling Hills was so inviting, even though it was too cold for us to go outside. Connie’s place was perfect for a weekend getaway! Great location for activities around Seneca Lake and Watkins Glen, and the perfect property for relaxing in between activities or in the evening. Connie was very welcoming and gave lots of great local recommendations. The backyard was beautiful and a great place to spend time winding down. So glad we chose to stay here!

Dave and Sandy are lovely hosts. They’re warm, hospitable, and very responsive! The place is set in a beautiful backdrop of lush nature and trees, and Dave has plenty of interesting things around that are worth discussing and learning about! This was our second time staying with them, and we really enjoyed our stay with great hosts who love hosting and interacting with their guests. We highly recommend visiting!

This is not a luxury apartment. The listing describes exactly what you will find. It served our needs well and we felt it was worth the price. We loved the location, making day trips to Watkins Glen, Cayuga Lake and Ithaca easy. We also enjoyed the town of Trumansburg with its older charm.

Great location - near Empire State Trail and walking distance to restaurants. Although the suite is attached to the host’s home, the suite was very private and quiet.

We came to Ithaca for a peaceful stay away from our busy farm. The neighborhood is quiet, there was a great place for our morning bike ride (pastoral and not too hilly), it was close enough to Ithaca for shopping and restaurants, and yet not so vertically challenged as lots of closer-in Ithaca neighborhoods. There is a dedicated parking space for visitors, so no worries about finding a place to park. I asked for some special accommodations - a roasting pan for a chicken (Thrupton gave us one still in a box) and a table to work jigsaw puzzles (Thrupton gave us a folding table that worked great). The bed was very comfortable, and we could sleep with the windows open, looking out on the woods. We took a lovely walk at the nearby Sapsucker Woods, Cornell's lab of ornithology. Just a perfect three-day mid-week break.

We were only in town for one night, but had an absolutely phenomenal stay. The basement apartment was clean and comfortable, and you could tell that Rebecca has a true passion for hospitality. From board games to a small library of books, the space was so well stocked. We enjoyed lounging in the room, almost as much as getting out and exploring Syracuse! Check-in was smooth and the house rules were straightforward and logical. Thanks for the 5 star stay. Bookmarked for future trips :)

Lovely place to stay! Easy to check in, private space, and tiny details like coffee and toothpaste in case we forgot ours made it seem like the perfect choice for our stay. The mattresses were divine on both the daybed and the regular bed. We came up for a concert at CMAC and the apartment was within a ten minute drive. Thank you for hosting us!

Laurene was an excellent host. I needed early check in, and she quickly accommodated me. I also needed to extend my stay on short notice, and she was also helpful with that. Beautiful place situated in a wonderful neighborhood. Quiet, comfortable, with many thoughtful amenities. Laurene was very kind, and quick to respond. I highly recommend Laurenes place if you're in need of a Quiet, Beautiful setting that isn't far from shopping, the hospital, and numerous delicious restaurants.

It was the perfect place for us to spend the weekend while attending a local festival. I especially enjoyed the very comfortable bed. I slept great!
