Located in the highly desirable cultural center of Rochester-Park Ave neighborhood-just minutes away from coffee shops, bars and restaurants. We do not accept local guests. The property is available to international traveler’s as well as out of town guests.

A sanctuary on a quiet street. Stylish one-bedroom apartment with two porches. There is a bright office with a small sofa. High-speed fiberoptic internet (Up to 500GB/second). Keyless entry, no need for keys. Flat-screen TVs. Plenty of new linens. The kitchen is clean and fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes, a coffee maker, a microwave, a toaster, and a blender. The lavatory has body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. This is a downstairs apartment with another Airbnb unit upstairs.

Our place is clean, bright and spacious. It is a truly warm and inviting space for 1 - 4 guests. We are located in the heart of the Park Avenue neighborhood, where restaurants, cafés and shops are just steps away. It is a super comfortable place with a strong home away from home vibe. We have a very simple check in process and no check out “chore" list for guests. We are happy to host a maximum of 4 guests. Only guests included in the reservation may be on the property.
