Very close to Penn Yan/Yates County Airport and between the Main Deck restaurant and Route 54. The property is NOT water front. Keuka Lake is accessible thru Red Jacket Park and visible from the property, but not directly on the water. Former hostel in Watkins Glen a block away from the Watkins State Park Gorge, short distance to shops, restaurants, and Seneca Lake! Unassuming decor in a quaint village home. Ample free parking both in the private parking lot and on the side street. Main street location is great for convenience and proximity to activities, but does come with some traffic noise. The AC does help with that but if you are not used to the hustle and bustle please plan accordingly.
