Enjoy summers fishing, water-skiing or boating to your favorite restaurant from a slip at East Bluff Marina - just a 3 minute walk from the front door. Or rent a slip at Keuka State Park Marina or swim from the sandy beach.(3 Miles). Free boat launch from Penn Yan Park. Beautiful, spacious, spotless, Studio apt. w/ updated kitchen & bathroom (tub & shower) & bamboo floors. The queen size bed is partially separated from the living room by a breakfast counter. Living room has 2 daybeds. Entire space sleeps 4. Excellent WiFi & Cable TV. I will leave good quality bread, eggs, coffee & other breakfast items for you to cook. Pls. note that price will automatically reflect a fee of $30 per night for each additional guest after the first 2 guests. No toddlers.
