The 3 bedrooms include a queen room on 1st fl. & queen & twin rooms on 2nd fl. Full, modern kitchen w/ stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher. WiFi, movie channels on the 2 TVs, small deck, umbrella tables, big yard. No pets or small children.

Cozy apartment in a rustic, 3-story cabin nestled on 20 acres of woods. Property is complete with hiking trails, artificial baits only catch-and-release pond, plus hot tub. Unit has one bedroom with queen size bed, bar/dining area, couch, and bathroom. Microwave and refrigerator in bar. Owners live above apartment and will be there if needed. There is a private entrance so you don't need to see us at all! Located 8 minutes from Seneca wine trail, 10 minutes from Watkins Glen and 20 from Ithaca.

Hayts Chapel, on a beautiful and private half acre has a large open space with hardwood floors, high ceilings, partitioned bedroom, full bathroom, and kitchen. Large old windows with wavy glass let in tons of light, but insulated attic keeps it cool. Outdoors has an eating area, stone fire pit, and plenty of parking. Close to downtown, gorges, wineries and u-pick farms, this quiet setting with relaxing ambiance is a wonderful space for a home-base while visiting Ithaca and the Fingerlakes!

Tiny, romantic, timber frame

Unplugged (no WiFi) and peaceful. We provide breakfast foods. Unfortunately we cannot provide fresh breakfasts at this time, to keep our prices the same, with inflation. We hope to again in the future, if the current costs go down. A family built, tiny, timber frame. We are in a farming community, and several Amish farms dot our road. Private apartment with full kitchen (dog friendly)

This apartment is located in the basement of a family home. It is a self-contained private unit with a separate entrance, full kitchen, bathroom with shower and washer/dryer and a living space. The property is fenced and has a pool for use in the summer and a pond with fish to feed. Friendly dogs are welcome (the owners have a friendly beagle-basset who loves to meet other dogs). Please note that we have ducks who free range in the yard.

West Shore, Cayuga Lake, Ithaca, NY

Beautiful vintage cottage at lake level in historical “Cottage Row”, 3 miles from downtown Ithaca.  Cottage has upper and lower porches, dock, fire-pit, BBQ grill, and kayaks. Pets considered. Cozy cottage sleeps 6 people. Upstairs is one large space with 2 bunk-beds and a Queen bed. Downstairs futon chair pulls out for single bed. Air Mattress also available if needed.
