If your idea of paradise is fabulous views from outside dining, bedrooms and infinity pool, this is the villa for you. So peaceful and private with birdsong amongst the flowers, strawberries and olive trees. It felt like our home away from home. The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

First of all, we would like to thank Lana and her family for the great stay! In this beautiful apartment, it was simply unforgettable! The place is modern and tastefully decorated and offers everything you need. The spacious pool was a real highlight (always clean and well-maintained) and the surrounding terrace with comfortable loungers was perfect for sunbathing and relaxing. The view of the countryside was also wonderful! The house is situated in a quiet and picturesque environment that offers both relaxation and entertainment & many attractions. Various great beaches and coves are minutes away and easy to reach. The hosts made our stay very special. From the warm welcome to the small attentions in between, we felt completely comfortable and cared for. We highly recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back!

I spent New Year's Eve with my friends in Stefan's accommodation and we were very impressed by the beauty of the house, new, clean, functional, equipped with every comfort. The rooms each with their own bathroom offer maximum privacy to each guest while the open lounge allows you to enjoy moments together with other guests in total relaxation and comfort. Stefan is a fantastic host, always available, who put us in the best conditions to feel at home. Thank you!

We had an unforgettable stay at this beautiful house surrounded by stunning lavender field and vineyards. The house itself is cozy, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved strolling through the fields, enjoying the peace and quiet, and watching the stars at night. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and provided great recommendations. We stayed for 2 weeks at Vera’s house. The house is exactly like described in the pictures and it was an amazing adventure for 2 young kids to have such a big garden. I am an active runner and right in front of the house there is a beach waterfront path that goes all the way to Pula (10k one way). The house was is perfect condition and the hot tub was amazing. We will be back :)

Small house large enough for 5 people. Tomas was really friendly. Contrary to previous reviews, the home has electricity and screens on the windows. Contrary to what I thought the house is not isolated, it is in a kind of small camp with small cottages next to each other. So there's a lot of human activity. The accommodation is very good for visiting the surroundings!

The vacation home was found as described! The outdoor area with pool is very well maintained and beautifully lit in the evening. The interior is tastefully furnished and very clean! The kitchen equipment is excellent, everything that was needed was found. The location of the house is very quiet and idyllic! It is about 25 minutes by car to the beach. Communication with Boris was impeccable! The vacation home is recommended!

We had a great time at the house. It was very central yet quiet. The promenade with numerous restaurants was a few steps away. We felt right at home in the house itself. The communication was super quick and easy. Would love to come again anytime.

Insect screens in front of the bedroom windows and a TV in each bedroom would be nice. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

We were hosted very well by Smilja . She offered us a bottle of grappa, which was very nice of her. The accommodation is very functional , clean, and the kitchen is well equipped. We had a large garden with olive trees, which my 2 dogs enjoyed. We were 10 minutes from the beach and close to shops. Thank you for having a great time at your place, we will be coming back.

Rarely experienced such a welcoming host. The house was perfect, modern, super clean. Unfortunately, the shade cloths broke after heavy rainfall. Valentina her father came to take it away and immediately invited us to taste his homemade liqueur, fantastic. On the day of departure, Valentina also came with her mother. Also done together with fathers a cheers to the beautiful time in Banjole. And the taxi driver is waiting, but also in this, these inhabitants of Croatia are thoughtful. The driver just wait a moment. On the day of departure, we were allowed to stay longer because our flight went in the evening. This was also a big plus! Any questions we had during our 2 week stay were answered quickly and pleasantly by Valentina. I would recommend this beautiful house to anyone. We had rented bikes for 1 week. 2 Days a car. Further hiking in the neighborhood and visited the beaches (pebble). Conclusion: Had a great holiday with our friends. Thanks Valentina and parents 🤩

Anja's place was great. There were four of us and there was enough room. The apartment is fully equipped and we didn't lack anything. Anja was always available and helped us with our car with minor difficulties. There are beautiful excursion destinations that were easily accessible by car. Restaurants and shopping centers are also easily accessible. We were able to enjoy our holiday to the fullest and were very satisfied.

Inga and her family were the best hosts we've had so far, we felt completely comfortable. The house is beautiful and the view is just amazing. We were there for 7 days with a 15-month-old child and Inga provided everything necessary. Inga and Andelko are very open and also available for a short or longer chat. We highly recommend it and if we are in the area again, we will stop by again :-)
