Vacation rentals with beach access in Fažana

We were very pleased with our apartment at Sandi and his family's place. Everyone was so warm to our little son (1 year) He was even allowed to ride the tricycle with his daughter every day and was always happy when he saw the family. It was a very warm and family-like stay. We will be happy to come back. Thanks for everything!

A very nice apartment, very clean and very well equipped with everything you need. Lucano and Tatjana are incredibly lovely people, very warm and helpful and Lucano also speaks German very well. Tatjana brought us 2 small homemade strudels!!! There is plenty of space in the apartment with a very nice bedroom with great beds, the living room is spacious, as is the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need and much more. The sandy beach is easily accessible in 15 minutes walking distance. Pula and the Kamenjak nature reserve can be reached in a few minutes by car, as well as many beautiful beaches. They were incredibly relaxing days with dear people, in a beautiful country with very friendly people. We can only highly recommend everything!!!

Such a great place to stay with huge balcony overlooking the sea! Mia and Mara are the best hosts, always friendly, always available. The town of Peroj is a bit sleepy, but has everything you need (supermarket, pizzeria, bike rental). The beach is within walking distance and the nearest towns (Fažana, Pula, Rovinj) are nice for sightseeing - quickly reached by car.

We had a wonderful time in the apartment at Moira's! Thanks to Moira and the open, friendly apartment as well as the beautiful garden, we felt right at home. If we had any questions, we could always contact Moira and she always offered us her help. The way to the beach is super short and beautiful! We had a perfect vacation and would be happy to come back! Thank you and best regards from Germany ❤️

Andrea is a great host, communication was great including a lot of local recommendations. The apartment is comfortable, close to the beach and has more than visitors need! All recommendations! :)

Valentina is an extremely nice host and the apartment is lovely. It is very well furnished and you feel right at home. The proximity to Pula and Fazana offers everything you need. Rovinj, Motovun or Porec can also be reached in less than an hour. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation here very much and can highly recommend Croatia and this apartment to everyone.

Everything was perfect! Our family holiday was wonderful in this apartman. My kids loved the pool and the garden. The beach was close to the house. Nada’s family was really kind Thank you everthing for your family!!! We will recommend your place to our family members and friends! :)

We had a wonderful visit to Peroj. Lidija was a fantastic host and her place was exactly what we were looking for, close to places we wanted to visit and a nice, quite place for when we wanted to stay in.

Boba was an incredibly kind and accommodating host. She anticipated our every wish and was helpful in every situation. Everything was simply great. The location, the atmosphere, the sunsets and the sea! It was a wonderful, uncomplicated holiday. Thank you very much, dear Boba! ♥️

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

We were in this house as a family of four with two children. We didn't miss anything. The place was not only beautifully decorated, it was also super clean and everything we needed was there. We especially enjoyed the mornings in the garden: with breakfast on the terrace and with lots of fun in the pool. Dennis was a wonderful host. He was always around when we had questions. The fact that the cottage is in his garden was not a problem at all. We had complete privacy and never felt like we were being watched. Of course, the house is not huge and the space was quite manageable for four. But since we were actually only in the house to sleep and otherwise always outside, the size did not bother us at all. Novigrad is a beautiful, quiet town. We all felt completely comfortable there.

Sonja's apartment is a very lovingly restored, small townhouse in the middle of the old center of Medulin. The absolute highlights for me were the open and at the same time cozy architecture (it is a room from the floor to under the roof - for this three ceilings were removed), the harmonious design of the entire accommodation and the private, small city garden. In this there is an outdoor kitchen with sink and charcoal grill and under the pergola you can sit wonderfully and enjoy the evening with a glass of wine. Sonja is a very warm hostess and quickly helped us with every question.

Beautiful stay, host is extremely welcoming. She offered us one extra night free of charge because we were hit by bad weather forecast for our time of stay!

We spent 11 days at Alica's place, we had a great time. Unfortunately, the first week (from mid-April) was rainy and windy, so we couldn't do so much. But the second week made up for it with 20 degrees and pure sun. In the rain, the apartment is a bit cool (but there is heating) and you notice the slightly older building fabric, which is no problem in good weather. There was everything you could wish for, even a baby bath. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and the beds are comfortable. The view into the garden, including an olive tree and the Meerzunge, which is a 1-minute walk away, were simply wonderful. There are beautiful beaches and cliffs in the area, which can be reached in 10-15 minutes by car - you can slow down wonderfully here. We will be happy to come back!

I loved it! We only stayed one night, but the accommodation is clean, very conveniently located, comfortable and beautiful. It has a really nice vibe and a beautiful terrace. I would totally recommend it and I would like to stay there again. The only two "buts" we found were 1) the check-out time is very early and 2) as a guest, you have to take out the trash and throw it in one of the bins at the end of your stay? I had never read anything like this on an Airbnb and considering that we were going with bbs, strollers and suitcases, it was also heavy to carry the trash and split up to go look for the containers. We were in a big hurry to get out in time and also stressed about the trash😅. Other than that, the truth is that everything is very good and Katarzyna is very attentive to offer us a crib.

Great stay, close to the water, friendly and kind neighbors.

We have stayed with Jasna & Vlado for the 3rd time and feel very comfortable in Dajla. Meee is a 4-minute walk, Konoba with delicious food even closer. Bakery is also within walking distance. Jasna and Vlado can be contacted at any time and they are always friendly.

Ivana's place was excellent, great location, comfortable bed, great balcony and view. Would highly recommend this accommodation, really enjoyed our first visit 😀

Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

Amazing location right by the Church and within walking distance of everything you need. Andrew was responsive and helpful, everything went smoothly.

Lovely host, very informative and friendly. Place was very clean and homely. Great bus links to city, lovely quiet beach and fun bars near by. Would recommend.

Great stay at Marina's place. The place is as described, clean, well located (20min on foot to the city centre). Marina was very helpful with check in as my flight was delayed and she still made herself available despite the fact I reached her place close to midnight. A note in case that's useful, the place doesn't have a lift so you need to be able to walk up the stairs as well as carry your luggage up. Highly recommended if you find yourself going to Pula.
