Apartment vacation rentals in Fažana

My brother and his family stayed at Josefina's place. According to them, Jozefina is extremely helpful to a real fairy. She even answered all the questions she sent a gift when she found out that our evening departure was due to a birthday party the next day. The property, though small, is perfect for 3 people and sparkling clean. The beach is far away on foot, but we planned to drive anyway to get around the neighborhood. I can only recommend Jozefina to everyone.

Great location. Rooftop is a major perk. Easy check in with parking down the street. Hosts were communicative and came by to say hi and reset WiFi. Wi-Fi download speed was ~80Mbps plenty for work calls.

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

Valentina is an extremely nice host and the apartment is lovely. It is very well furnished and you feel right at home. The proximity to Pula and Fazana offers everything you need. Rovinj, Motovun or Porec can also be reached in less than an hour. Overall, we enjoyed our vacation here very much and can highly recommend Croatia and this apartment to everyone.

We loved the place. The beach is 200 m away and it is not such a typical "tourist beach" but very quiet and many residents go swimming there :) You are well connected by bus and can get to the city center within 15-20 minutes. We also took the opportunity to take the ferry from Pula to Venice, which was really worth it for a day trip! Another advantage was that you could walk relatively quickly to the adjacent peninsula, where there is a national park with wonderful cliffs.

Sanja and her family are very helpful, friendly hosts. We were greeted with fresh fruit, water and juice. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact them. In fact, a mosquito net in the bedroom would be very helpful and pleasant to ventilate. The apartment is super central. Within 10 minutes in Pula and by bike in 5 minutes on the beach. The bakery, kiosk and fruit shop are also right around the corner. We would definitely book with Sanja again if we were to go on vacation in the area again.

We had a lovely stay at Luka's place. The apartment was very clean and well maintained and corresponded to the published pictures. Luka is a very friendly host and responds very quickly. Delicious olive oil can also be bought directly from Luka from his own production 😊 There is plenty of parking opposite the house. The sea, bakery and shops are easily accessible on foot. The apartment offers a good starting point to explore Istria. Thank you for the stay.

Such a great place to stay with huge balcony overlooking the sea! Mia and Mara are the best hosts, always friendly, always available. The town of Peroj is a bit sleepy, but has everything you need (supermarket, pizzeria, bike rental). The beach is within walking distance and the nearest towns (Fažana, Pula, Rovinj) are nice for sightseeing - quickly reached by car.

It was a wonderful week there and Mira and her husband were great hosts. The apartment is exactly as described and is in a prime location, yet it is relatively quiet there. Every now and then you can hear something from a small bar in the backyard with the bedroom window open, but it was never annoying and with the window closed you hardly noticed it. Immediately after the apartment handover, I was invited for a coffee and a small welcome drink, everything was very warm and you immediately felt welcome. I was able to park directly in the backyard, so the car was right by the apartment. The view from the kitchen window is wonderful, I would love to wake up every day like this, with the coffee in my hand and looking out of this window, just wonderful. I would stay there again anytime. Definitely recommend!

We really enjoyed our holiday at Davor’s place. The location is incredibly peaceful, with beautiful beaches nearby and endless coastline. The private beach was a big advantage, allowing us to enjoy a relaxing vacation. The whole area of Peroj is still not too touristy (in the first half of June). The absolute highlight is the terrace with a stunning sea view – the sea is just a few minutes’ walk away. It’s ideal for a holiday with a dog, as the private beach, surrounding area, and restaurants are all dog-friendly. Thank you ❤️

Everything was perfect! Our family holiday was wonderful in this apartman. My kids loved the pool and the garden. The beach was close to the house. Nada’s family was really kind Thank you everthing for your family!!! We will recommend your place to our family members and friends! :)

The place is very large and perfectly located. It is very nicely decorated and very clean. The roof terrace is perfect for morning coffee and sunset and the day to reflect and relax.

Two very well-maintained bathrooms with sufficient hand and bath towels, a great kitchen and not to forget the order and cleanliness throughout the apartment. Two parking spaces right next to the apartment. A beautiful outdoor area with a hot tub - just right for relaxing and chilling after a long sightseeing tour. Also, the check-in was absolutely no problem according to Nadija's description. To welcome us, Nadija had put ice-cold drinks in the fridge. A very, very nice attention that we greatly appreciated. We can only recommend Nadija as a host ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We were very warmly welcomed by Sandra – cool drinks, wine and snacks were already ready. The accommodation was sparkling clean, tastefully furnished and excellently equipped. Particularly beautiful was the fenced garden, where our dog could move freely. The hot tub was definitely a highlight and rounded off the stay perfectly. The area is pleasantly quiet and ideal for relaxing. Sandra was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips. We felt completely comfortable and would be happy to come back!

The place is very central, the amphitheater right next door, and quiet. I was very satisfied with the apartment! Jasna was a super hostess as you would like her to be, very warm and helpful!!

We had a fantastic summer holiday here. The apartment is beautiful and clean. Very close to the beach (3 mins walk). Rovinj is just a 10 mins ride on a bike.

We loved everything about Rene’s apartment, it was perfect. Had everything we could imagine, fully stocked kitchen, quality hair dryer, lots of storage area, comfortable beds and the list goes on. We couldn’t recommend it more and will definitely be back!
