Lovely apartment with a perfect location

Your family will be close to everything when you live in this centrally located accommodation. This is a newly renovated accommodation with one of Fazana's best locations. The sea/beach, you have a few meters in front of you, you will also find the fazana playground a few steps away from the apartment, there is also a small outdoor gym that is for the public. Outside is the promenade that leads towards the center of Fazana, where there is plenty of different restaurant options.

Relax with your family at this cozy getaway. This home also has a spacious, about 200 m2, enclosed and fenced yard. The backyard is only accessible to guests of this home. It is very suitable for young children and pets. The apartment is located in a quiet street is about 300 meters from all amenities (beach, market, center of Fažana)- Nearby there is a beautiful promenade that stretches for 7km along the sea and free access beaches.

URBAN app/only a short stroll to the Amphitheatre

Our bright and airy app is set on a first floor of a small residential building, built in 1962. Being located in Monvidal, a quiet neighborhood of town, makes it a great starting point from which to explore all the main city’s attractions. It only takes a 5 min. walk to our magnificent Amphitheater and about 10 min walk to the heart of old town. Farmers market and strict city center is less than 15 min walk away.

The location of the apartment is a very good starting point for excursions, whether to Pula, Rovinj or the nearby Brijuni Islands National Park. Free parking is reserved for the apartment and is included in the price, as well as Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
