Winterwarm Cottage is the guest house of my rustic mini-farm. It offers a cozy, comfortable getaway and a chance to meet and mingle with a variety of friendly farm animals . Centrally located between the beaches and Temecula Wine Country, both an easy 30 minute drive away, and right around the corner from the Fallbrook Winery. The Casita is a separate building next to our home. It's unique design with saltillo tile and natural stone kitchen gives it lots of character. You will enjoy a private bedroom and separate living space in this 1 bedroom unit! Less than half a mile from Orfila winery, and less than 8 miles to San Diego's incredible wine region. You will have a private patio with access from french doors in your unit. There is a bbq, firepit and pool in our shared back yard space, available upon request.

Creekside Studio (private entrance)

Creekside Studio is a cozy, well equipped, private yet centrally located studio retreat in South Escondido. It is on a 1-acre, quiet cul-de-sac lot, attached to the main house (our residence), with it’s own private entrance. The studio has a small kitchenette (no stove), a queen size bed and a twin sleeper/couch and a bathroom with shower (no tub). Roku TV, free-WiFi keep you entertained or hang out on the deck with your coffee in a park-like setting.

Fontaine Family Vineyards has a 2 person renovated suite with outdoor patio overlooking the vineyard, private entrance and easy parking, and enhanced cleaning protocol. The Guest Suite features a TV, fridge, kitchenette with microwave, toaster, coffee/tea, utencils, pots/pans, BBQ w/side burner, patio lounge area, all with views of vineyard. Enjoy a walk in the vineyard with a hot cup of coffee. Short drive (<10 mile) to beaches and shopping.

Wishing Well Mini Ranch is a peaceful two-acre property with a few unique vintage homes and friendly farm animals. The Airstream is a private, well-equipped trailer with a bathroom, kitchen, one full and one twin bed, Wi-Fi, and indoor/outdoor hot shower. Enjoy your own outdoor seating area and the quiet presence of goats, chickens, and horses. Best suited for calm, respectful guests who enjoy nature, privacy, and a relaxed ranch setting.

This attached apartment to my home has a private entrance with driveway parking. There is plenty of street parking as well. The 500 sq feet unit includes a private kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, smaller sitting area in bedroom.
