Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Erewash District

The bungalow was idealy situated for Nottngham city centre, on the ring road , easy walk to the tram stop in one direction , and in the other a great place for walks , nature reserve and canal , the bungalow is also situated across the road from a pub offering great food deals , nice neighbourhood and easy to find is a big bonus when looking for accomodation , the private garden area was great as the weather was very hot , this is why we booked it over a hotel room for a weekend break , clean and spacious , and the host was easily contactable if there was any questions.

Very comfortable house kept to high standard of decor and cleanliness. Host has thought about all the guests needs meaning we felt right at home straight away. Parking was right outside the front door which was great. Would love to stay again if we are in the area again.

We stayed with three adults and three kids for a week. Lots of space for the family. Kitchen very well equipped, the slow cooker was a real bonus. Having Chester Green nearby was great, and we enjoyed waking the loop to Darley Park. We didn’t have a car, so did walks to train and bus stations. They aren’t super close, but easily walkable and the river path is lovely. Mall is about a 20 minute walk and has everything you need. Would recommend.

Lovely comfortable central quirky accommodation with a great courtyard garden. Comfortable beds. Lovely and warm. Will be back.

The house was just what we wanted, somewhere to relax and enjoy our company, wirh enough amenities and equipment to host a little dinner party to my family. Who live equidistant from us. A day out in Nottingham and back to peartree house to chill on the patio. Comfortable rooms and beds, plenty of space and off road parking. Loved it, thank you

A truly great place to stay and only 20 minutes from Alton Towers! Wonderful amenities in a nice and peaceful location, makes the place feel like home. Everything was as described, the place was spotless and there was plenty of information available about the local area for places to visit and eat etc. Nici was a very gracious host who greeted us with a smile and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Would definitely stay again when in the area next.

Bom vamos lá, não tem palavras para descrever essa estadia que tive com eles, além da casa ser muito limpa e organizada! Era muito linda e aconchegante! Uma das coisas que gostei muito foi que cheguei um pouco antes do horário e pedi a eles pra deixar a mala na casa, e eles foram super atenciosos e me permitiram deixar as coisas lá até da o horário da entrada! Me senti muito bem e acolhida nessa casa! Sem contar que é do lado do centro e tem um enorme shopping a poucos passos da casa! Recomendo demais ❤️

We had a lovely time staying at Craig’s very homely place. Great city centre location with bars and restaurants just a quick walk up the road and convenient parking right outside. The flat was comfy and well Equipped, instructions were all clear and I really got the impression Craig cared that we had a good stay. Thanks Craig!

Great place to stay. Comfortable & clean with good facilities. Good location to access plenty of local events/ sightseeing. This was our second stay here with our dogs & would highly recommend.

perfect location for a little exploring in the city, everything was so close and yet still a very nice comfortable and quiet place to stay :)

1 Dalebrook View is a thoughtfully furnished and very spacious apartment which immediately feels like home. Very comfortable beds and well designed living spaces with everything you could want for an enjoyable stay. Kate could not be more helpful and gives clear details and instructions for everything you need during your stay. Good dog walks can be taken from the front door and there is a small enclosed green area 2 minutes walk away called The Grove next to the Fish and Chip shop. It is an ideal place to briefly take a dog to at the beginning and each end of the day. We visited The Moon Inn in Stoney Middleton and nearby Calver Arms plus local cafes. All offering good food and drink options, although we found the Eyam cafés to be very expensive, busy, slow on service or closed. Our booking for three nights from Sunday meant we missed out on a few things not being open including the local Toll Bar fish and chips open Wednesday to Saturday. We will just have to return another time!

We really enjoyed our second visit to Kamal’s lovely apartment. It’s rare to find somewhere so well equipped with so many thoughtful touches. It’s in a great location, too - lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and you can get to most other places in Leicester with a short taxi or Uber ride. And we couldn’t wish for a better host in Kamal. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Leicester.

Second time we stayed here so we felt very at home. Very peaceful but close enough to walk to town where there are plenty bars and restaurants. Private parking. Some nice treats as well.

The apartment at Regency House is superb, so beautifully decorated and furnished perfect for a relaxing stay in the lovely town of Bakewell. Everything we needed was provided with plenty of towels, the kitchen equipment and utensils are the best we have seen in holiday let. All the information provided before our arrival and to use during the stay was so comprehensive, everything had been thought of which helped to make our stay perfect. We would recommend this apartment to anyone who visits the Peak district and Bakewell is such a perfect base for many local sites.

my stay was everything I needed, I stayed there 2 years ago and knew what to expect. Surroundings are so peaceful, loft has everything you need, walking distance to horse and jockey. Amanda always responds quickly if there are any issues.

whoaw. What an incredible place to stay. Stunning cottage in an absolutely gorgeous setting with easy acces to many walks and places to visit. Spotlessly clean and a fully equipped kitchen with top-notch equipment with extra bonus of fridge and freezer. Jasper our dog was very well looked after and even Paula looked after him whilst we visited Chatsworth house. I loved the alpacas and their cute little voices. This little gem is a must if you vist the Peak District. one of the best if not the best Air B and B. we stayed in and we have been to many. Thanks Paula and Rob for looking after us. We didn't want to leave.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Angus is a fabulous host, warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. His home is absolutely stunning, with decor that’s truly to die for. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, making us feel instantly at home. Wirksworth is a charming village, full of independent shops and cosy cafés. As first time visitors to the Derbyshire Dales, this was the perfect introduction, and we’re already looking forward to returning soon.

It’s always a pleasure to stay at Liz and Tom’s place! They are always there to help you and it’s like a home away from home! 10/10 and would highly recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at the Hayloft! The space is beautifully done — modern, cosy, and spotless, with everything you could need. We loved the peaceful countryside views, the woodland walks, and meeting the animals. It was a perfect escape. The hosts were thoughtful, and the welcome pack was a lovely touch. Highly recommend!
