Cyclists can step out of the front door onto the NCN 6 route which leads onto the cloud trail which goes all the way to Derby. Walkers will be spoilt for choice only being minutes away from the famous Bradgate Park, Calke Abbey and Staunton Harold.

The house lies 20 minutes from the historic town of Newark, Nottingham and Melton Mowbray and is ideally placed for a day out exploring Belvoir Castle or Holme Pierrepont Country Park (a major water sport centre). The property backs onto the Grantham Canal providing excellent walks and a cycle route. A secure garage is offered for bicycles.

It is the annexe to a large Victorian house but has a modern newly refurbished interior and oozes both charm and comfort. It is a true haven in a lively bustling city but only minutes away from all that Beeston and Nottingham have to offer. It has free off-street parking and wifi.

This is a studio flat above our garage (we’re a busy, friendly family who love where we live!) with its own entrance overlooking a school woodland area. Clad in wood and with a bedroom on a mezzanine floor in the trees, it’s hard to believe you’re in the centre of Beeston.
