Experience the unusual side of Nantes aboard this spacious Dutch star moored at the pontoon, on the Erdre. Ideally located in the city center, within walking distance of the South Station (100 m). Alone, as a couple, with family, friends or colleagues, you can enjoy all the space of "La Jolyest", from the stern to the bow! The boat offers: a cabin with a double bed and a single berth, a cabin with two single beds, a kitchen area with, if necessary, a convertible double bed.

Due to the pandemic, please note that the apartment is cleaned by us between each reservation, according to the new protocol dictated by Airbnb and mandatory. The linen is washed at 60°C minimum! Hydro-alcoholic liquid available in the apartment! The roof, the insulation of the apartment, the air conditioning of the rooms, have just been completely redone. This 40 m2 detached house, just renovated, is away from the street, hidden behind a building and nestled in a garden. Equipped with a 20 m2 terrace and 70's inspiration, everything has been thought out for maximum comfort. The tram is 400 m away and all shops are nearby. Perfect for a quiet stay and to visit Nantes in peace.

This accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family, ideal for up to 4 adults and 2 children. The house is composed of a bedroom with its walk-in shower, a 2nd bedroom, an equipped kitchen/living room that can accommodate young and old, a living room with a double sofa bed. You can enjoy a terrace to take your meals or relax and an outdoor space of 3800m2 with swimming pool (from May 29 to the end of September). Our house is also on this property.

Located on the banks of the Loire, a few kilometers from Nantes, L'Escale 175 welcomes you in a warm and elegant atmosphere. Opposite the Île de la Pierre Percée, enjoy the green spaces, playgrounds and picnic areas, open-air café... but also the restaurants located nearby. If you are traveling by bike along the "Vélodyssée" or a "Loire à Vélo" circuit, a bike room has been specially fitted out in the house. By car, you can park almost at the door!

The Outbuilding

We will welcome you with great pleasure in our old 22 m2 winepress renovated in 2018. With a nice covered terrace. you will have a fully-equipped kitchen area, a foldaway bed in the living room, a shower room. We are on a landscaped space of 2400m2 close to the village of our municipality of Champtoceaux (all shops within walking distance, open swimming pool in July and August in the center of town).
