We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

Cozy nest, quiet, in the center.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

The Little Nantes Home

Close to the train station (3 tram stops), in the heart of the Toutes Aides district, come and taste the spirit of a small Nantes village... This 40 m2 detached house, just renovated, is away from the street, hidden behind a building and nestled in a garden. Equipped with a 20 m2 terrace and 70's inspiration, everything has been thought out for maximum comfort. The tram is 400 m away and all shops are nearby. Perfect for a quiet stay and to visit Nantes in peace.

House in the countryside

The house is located in the countryside . It is a renovated house in an old agricultural building with charm Among the fields and vineyards ,you will spend a quiet stay, the birdsong all day, frogs in the evening in summer . 5 minutes from the village with essential shops. Composed of 3 bedrooms, large living room, equipped kitchen, bathroom and separate toilet. The bathroom has been adapted for people with reduced mobility. Terrace, parking, bocce ball court.

Gite Laiterie is a 6/8 seater It is located on our farm with a view of the Angevin countryside and the stall (cow living space) A living room of 40m² living room/dining room/fully equipped kitchen, fridge/freezer, induction hob, kettle, PROLINE combined coffee maker. A separate shower room and toilet Upstairs 2 bedrooms, 1st a 160x200 bed and a 90x190 bed. The 2nd 3 beds of 90x190 two beds can be joined. A 160x200 BZ subject to condition

Studio on the banks of the Loire

In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.

Stay in the heart of Montrevault-sur-Èvre, in a cozy and fully-equipped accommodation. 32 m2 design and connected house: equipped kitchen ++, air conditioning, WiFi, smart lock, cocooning bedding, QLED TV and video projector. Ideal for a couple or solo traveler, with a unique terrace to relax after a day at Puy du Fou or a walk in Anjou. The Raz Gué tavern and a Netto supermarket (open daily) are just a 500 m walk away.

Independent studio

5 minutes' walk from the banks of the Loire, you will appreciate the calm of the accommodation and its freshness in summer. The studio is part of our house, it is located on the ground floor. It has a bedroom with a double bed, a private bathroom, toilet and an equipped kitchen as well as a separate entrance (shared with our cats). As the land is sloping, a few steps allow access to the entrance of the studio.
