Clean and well-decorated apartment. Well located in relation to Puy du Fou. Perfect for a short stay. Slight downside with no window facing the outside and traffic in the neighborhood a little dangerous with urban rodeos. In the apartment you feel very good. Responsive and helpful concierge.

Josias is very available for communication. The accommodation is as described and located at the back of the charming courtyard. The neighborhood is quiet. As Parisians, we enjoyed the silence and tried to preserve it.

Cozy apartment close to public transport on the island of Nantes. Very friendly hosts who respond quickly to messages. Clean apartment and nice kitchen to cook. Some issues with the washer, don't be in a hurry if you start.

It was all good. Just a little heads up that when we stayed the elevator did not work. Probably will ger fixed soon.

Perfect place to rest and relax after a day out, Leclerc supermarket 3 minutes' drive, quiet neighborhood, unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the table outside, we'll have to come back! Very clean, comfortable beds, well thought out for children, my little one was even able to enjoy the balance bike available! Thank you and see you soon!

We spent 3 nights with friends (4 adults) in this lovely accommodation. Our goal was to relax and discover the area. Objective achieved with in addition, a very welcoming, friendly, responsive and very good advice. Thank you Frédéric for this stay. Everything is simple to get inside with clear instructions. The accommodation is fully equipped and new. Romain is available when needed (we didn't need him but he showed up to tell us he was there if needed). Thanks to Romain for hosting us.

Spacious renovated apartment with sunny verandah in a quiet location. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook meals or make coffee! Also very convenient to public transport - bus stop at the corner. We enjoyed our stay very much would stay there again if in Nantes.
