In the Sebastiennais garden

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

Our house, built in 1928, was the subject of major works in 2020. We have created a two-room apartment for you with access to our lovely garden (with trampoline for children). The accommodation can also serve as a place of work, in a very quiet and green environment (no traffic, residential environment).
