Exceptional setting for this studio cottage renovated with eco-friendly materials. Very well designed to accommodate 2 people (4 people for a short stay). A double bed is located on the mezzanine; a ladder provides access to it. A 2nd bed is available on the ground floor (in the case of 3 or 4 guests). Equipped kitchen: fridge, hob, kettle. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Internet connection. An external staircase allows access to the cottage. Outdoor garden-terrace at your disposal.

Our independent house annex is set in the greened surroundings of our back garden. It is a small but well-equipped studio, and contains a kitchen and bathroom. You will have shared access to the annex from the gate to the main house, and then walk along the garden to get to your own private space. St-Sébastien-sur-Loire is right next to Nantes. Bus and tram services will get you to the centre of Nantes in about 20 minutes. It is a 15-minute cycle ride, or a 40-minute walk.

The accommodation can also serve as a place of work, in a very quiet and green environment (no traffic, residential environment).
