The Lake apartment is about 100 m2 independent and quiet in the center of Bouaye 20 minutes from Nantes and the beaches (Pornic), 10 minutes from the airport and 5 minutes from the Planète Sauvage animal park. 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed + single bed and another with double bed) + 1 office area, non-enclosed games room + a living room with double sofa bed and an office area + 1 independent kitchen, a small bathroom (shower + sink) and separate toilet. The house does not have an outdoor area.

We created this place to stay for our loved ones. We have therefore carefully renovated it so that our guests feel at home, in complete independence. You will appreciate the simplicity of the place in a village on the banks of the Loire with its medieval tower and welcoming city center. The 300 m body of water will allow you to enjoy beautiful walks and swimming (supervised in July and August). Your children will only have to cross the small street to enjoy the streetpark and games.

Wi-Fi. T2 located on the 2nd floor without elevator access. Parking is paid except on Sundays and free from 14/07 to 15/08.

Located 20 minutes from Nantes city center and the Beaujoire stadium/exhibition center, 40 minutes from Saint Brevin and La Baule. The house is also at the foot of the Gesvre Valley and its many Celtic hiking trails. Breton draft horses and eco rural museum are 300 m away. Close to amenities on foot (doctor, delicatessen, caterer, bakery, hairdresser).

Located in the center of Montjean-sur-Loire, 100 m from the Loire, this former fisherman's house, beautifully restored in 2022, offers all the comforts for a pleasant stay with family. On the Eurovelo 6 and Loire bike paths, this accommodation is open to everyone. The cottage is 200 m from Cap Loire, 150 m from the tourist office and 1 km from the Fief des Cordeliers and the Delaunay estate.
