Cynthia’s place was perfect, she communicated promptly. Great location and clean bathrooms and kitchen. Loved the washer and dryer, clean and very accessible in the garage. Definitely recommend this place!

Alexander's place was the perfect California get away for our family vacation! The location was awesome just a short walk from the beach. The backyard was so big for California and great for our dogs. It had a lot of seating and a hot tub which was perfect! Alexander was very responsive throughout our stay. There is a train right behind the Airbnb that used it's horn loudly multiple times a day and until about 11 which was very clearly listed in the listing but if you are sensitive to noise it might bother you. We had no issues with the train.

Perfect house for a weekend getaway of grilling and hanging out by the pool! Host & Co-host were very responsive! Lots of pool toys and floats perfect for adults and kids!

This was the second time that my family stayed at this AirBnB, and we absolutely love the condo's proximity to the beach. The condo itself is clean with all the basic essentials that you need... boogie boards, beach chairs, beach towels, and cooking supplies. Both of the times that we've stayed here the condo has been very quiet; we've never heard noise from neighbors. The condo community has several pools, hot tubs, and a tennis court plus the spectacular clubhouse with panoramic ocean views. There are lots of little coffee shops and places to walk to near the condo community and it's very family friendly. The mattresses and pillows are dated, but aside from that this condo is truly a gem.

We stayed at Pete's place because it has a gorgeous pool (the pool slide was a huge hit), is close to Del Mar racetrack, and is close to the beach/ocean (you can see the ocean from the front yard). We took our two Bichons and felt safe and secure letting them out. We have family in San Diego and had a small family cook out on Sunday. The grill was awesome, and there are lots of fun things to do on the property, front and back yards. We didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi, but it was already heated up. Since the house doesn't have air conditioning, there were fans in the family room and bedroom. Large kitchen, so you can cook and bake if you don't want to eat out all the time. The house is single story, but outside there are lots of levels where you have to go up and down some single steps,so small children would need help and elderly or disabled folks may need help, too. Pete gave great directions about how to access the main entrance, and the self check-in security code.

I've had multiple stays at Rick and Robyn's place, there's a reason I continue to book with them. Love the condo, sleek and modern, yet incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend

We stayed at The Den for our anniversary week and it was amazing! Just the perfect size and extremely peaceful for some well needed rest from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The Deb had all amenities necessary for an easy and comfortable stay and we enjoyed it so much we ended up extending our stay by a night which Elizabeth happily accommodated. Would recommend!!

Had a great Time. House is beautiful and the view was outstanding. We loved listening to and seeing the wildlife and birds. The Beds were very comfortable. The Kitchen was well supplied, plenty of dish ware, cups, bowls etc. The Pool table kept us all entertained. We loved having a TV in every room, the 83 in was nice and big. Plenty of seating for meals and for watching TV. The Pool was nice and big, and spa seat us all and got plenty warm enough was a little hard to get in and out of the Pool and Spa with no rails but otherwise great, even saw the owl fly into his home. Overall Fantastic defiantly a 5 Star

This was such a beautiful guest house in a nice, peaceful, and quiet neighborhood. Everything was really clean and the amenities were amazing! Communication was great and the hosts Zach and Eva were so polite and very friendly with quick response times. There’s a fun Las Vegas theme outdoor area near the pool and their garden is gorgeous. There are stairs in the house that are steep so they might be a little bit difficult for someone with a physical disability or the elderly but this is listed in the description. Overall, I highly recommend this listing to anyone wanting to stay near San Diego!

This house was beautiful and the pool was amazing! Gabe was responsive and very friendly. check in was easy. The beds were so comfy, and everything was pristine. thank you again for hosting my family of 9 plus doggies! we will Def be returning soon! p.s. The pool heating was so worth it!

It was wonderful. The views from the deck were amazing. Every bed was comfortable. I loved the bowl of gummy’s they had for us 😁. It’s was perfect for our family reunion everyone had privacy and the family room’s furniture was perfect to cozy up by the fire and watch tv. I loved the weather there. I opened up the windows and we had perfect weather so we never had to turn on the air conditioner. Kelly allowed us to put the cover over the pool and it warmed up the pool and the grandkids had a blast. We had multiple generations at home ( 4 generations from 85?to 1 yr old 😁) and everyone was happy. Thank you for the opportunity to enjoy family together.

Great place! Especially if traveling with kids. Very clean and has all the comforts of home. The yard is a bonus for letting little ones play. Mari was helpful and accommodating and easy to communicate with. My family was actually set to stay at another one of their properties but at the last minute, (and due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control), we were unable to stay at the original booking. But Mari was quick to reach out to me and was very helpful at getting us booked at another location. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

Quiet location, exactly as pictured and described. Parking could be a challenge if you have a large vehicle but being able to park in the garage made it easier. Great communication!

This was heaven on Earth! I will remember this stay for the rest of my life. The hosts are so generous, welcoming, and easy-going. We felt relaxed and free throughout our entire stay. They remembered my bday and hung a birthday banner in the living room! We brought our dog and they were SO chill about letting our sweet old doggy explore the grounds off leash and even accompany us up to the pool at the house! We had our 1.5yr old with us and made epic joyful memories as a family just enjoying the grounds for the weekend. This was the first time our daughter had ever seen a goat, a sheep, an alpaca, bunnies, or chickens in real life. Watching our toddler and our dog explore the animals side by side was my favorite thing I’ve experienced in life so far! It was so special watching my child soak it in, I can’t describe it. My family and I LOVE the Tipsy Goat Ranch and the amazing hosts. We can’t wait to come back! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

My girlfriends and I had an amazing weekend at Logan’s house! It was the ideal getaway for our annual Mother’s Day trip. The home was just as described and only steps from the beach. We adored the decor, especially the pink accents, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

Lisa's home was one of the best Airbnbs that I have ever staying in. The host made things so easy and was super communicative. The location is perfectly central - right in the middle of everything and close to both Encinitas + Del Mar. You even have an Ocean view from the roof deck! 5 stars all around

We loved our stay here! From the moment you walk in the front door, you feel relaxed. The thoughtfully chosen decor, the incredibly well stocked kitchen, the outdoor space, the super comfy beds...it all makes for a perfect getaway! Alicia was so helpful giving directions, responded very quickly, and was very flexible when we asked to check in slightly early. We were lucky enough to get some fresh eggs and herbs, which was such a special touch! You can tell how much care and thought has been put into this place, even down to the hand soap and shampoo/conditioner. We would absolutely recommend staying here!

My family and I really enjoyed our month long stay in Craig's beautiful home. The home is very quiet and peaceful. The backyard was perfect to BBQ and for our lab to run around. During our stay we saw blue and yellow birds, butterflies and a hummingbird family. We could walk to a couple of restaurants too. The new dining room table is so beautiful and the chairs are very plush and extremely comfortable. The beds are very comfortable too. Craig was an exceptional host. He is very kind, friendly and a wonderful communicator. We highly recommend his home to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, creating a truly enjoyable environment. I loved my stay and will definitely be returning in the future. This home is absolutely beautiful. The house is gorgeous, very spacious and in a central location. The home is on a quiet street in a very safe neighborhood. You can walk to the main drag in Encinitas to check out the many restaurants and shops. Several beaches are very close by in Encinitas and in either direction north or south to Carlsbad and other locations. There are grocery stores and other amenities nearby you can frequent if needed. Also easy to access the I-5 freeway for exploring San Diego and the rest of the region. The house is one of the nicest AirBnb's I've stayed in. Very well appointed in all areas of the house. The kitchen is very nice and you even have All Clad cookware and an entire drawer of spices. Not often you get these amenities. We particularly loved the two remote control fireplaces. Several TV's in the rooms and living room as well. It has a nice backyard which is great for pets and has plenty of seating areas.
