Vanessa’s place was nothing short of amazing! The location is just unbearable. A walk to the beach/boardwalk, 5 min from Seaworld, 20 min from downtown. Near Mission beach and Pacific beach, surrounded by great restaurants. I could go on and on. It fit my family of 4 plus my mom and stepdad perfectly. We enjoyed the pool during the day and hot tub at night. The house has everything you could possibly want or need. We would absolutely stay there again and plan to!

The unit was well equipped having everything we needed. Owner was helpful and proactive. We didn't have any issues. The community deck over the ocean was fantastic. The beach here is wide enough to never have to worry about low tide or high tide. The unit provides a private stairway to the beach, while it is also a distance to get to for the public, resulting in an amazing beach with no crowds. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place! Especially if traveling with kids. Very clean and has all the comforts of home. The yard is a bonus for letting little ones play. Mari was helpful and accommodating and easy to communicate with. My family was actually set to stay at another one of their properties but at the last minute, (and due to circumstances beyond anyone’s control), we were unable to stay at the original booking. But Mari was quick to reach out to me and was very helpful at getting us booked at another location. Definitely recommend and would stay again!

We stayed at Pete's place because it has a gorgeous pool (the pool slide was a huge hit), is close to Del Mar racetrack, and is close to the beach/ocean (you can see the ocean from the front yard). We took our two Bichons and felt safe and secure letting them out. We have family in San Diego and had a small family cook out on Sunday. The grill was awesome, and there are lots of fun things to do on the property, front and back yards. We didn't take advantage of the jacuzzi, but it was already heated up. Since the house doesn't have air conditioning, there were fans in the family room and bedroom. Large kitchen, so you can cook and bake if you don't want to eat out all the time. The house is single story, but outside there are lots of levels where you have to go up and down some single steps,so small children would need help and elderly or disabled folks may need help, too. Pete gave great directions about how to access the main entrance, and the self check-in security code.

Our stay at this property surpassed our expectations in so many ways! The photos didn't reflect how beautiful, clean, spacious, and private our airbnb was. There was so much for our family of 7 to enjoy during our 3 day stay, together & individually. Our kids enjoyed swinging on the swings, going up on their loft to get the beautiful ocean views, lounging around in their pool, and walking around & exploring all the nature that surrounds this home. We were really impressed with the Spanish modern design of this home and the cohesiveness of the modern and traditional design elelments-it made for stunning photos! The host resoonded promptly to every one of our question; they reponsed within the hour to every one of our questions.

This place was better than we were expecting. Perfect spot over the beach. Watching sunsets, sealions, dolphins and birds right from the patio. The patios are fairly private concidering your beside each other. This unit is nice because you can see all the way up the beach. We usually stay away from condos due to noise from other people but this condo was quiet, even though we had people above and beside we barely heard anyone due to the concrete floors. Nice pool, and hot tub. We didn't really use the tennis or basketball courts. Everything inside and outside was clean and well kept. Best thing was the view, 2nd best thing was this unit is actually a well stocked air bnb. There was plenty of dishes, kitchen ware, uten toiletries, soap etc Easy 4min walk to beach and 6min walk to restaurants, coffee shops etc. And the beach and neighborhood seem fairly classy and family friendly. Wyatt was very fast to answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay again

We had an amazing week at Anjali and Devon’s place! The house and kitchen were wonderful. We especially loved and thoroughly enjoyed the back yard oasis. We had to pry the kids out of the pool every evening. The kitchen had everything we needed and the outdoor grill was a huge added bonus. The communication from the hosts was impressive to say the least. Thank you both for that! Crazily enough, there was a water main break during our stay. Devon was all about keeping us updated and checking in on us. They even offered us a partial refund for the inconvenience which was a class act move!! We would absolutely stay here again, and plan on it ❤️. Thank you both!!

This Airbnb has everything that you could possibly need and while it is a studio, it's actually roomy. There's a large, very comfortable king-size bed, but it doesn't feel like it takes up a lot of space. The couch is a pull-out bed as well, and it’s long enough to for somebody that's 5'6” or smaller to be able to sleep on it. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need including ice cube trays and a light underneath the microwave. So, it feels homey. There's a bar that has five chairs facing the strandway where you can see the glimpses of the ocean. There are plenty of plugs for gadgets. There's a closet that has all kinds of linens. Anything you could possibly need from extra blankets to extra pillows, extra towels. In the kids' room, there are bunk beds that are large enough for an adult to sleep on the bottom (5’6” or shorter). The bathroom is has nice lighting and a window that opens up the street. The patio outside has plenty of space for two to three people to sit.

My girlfriends and I had an amazing weekend at Logan’s house! It was the ideal getaway for our annual Mother’s Day trip. The home was just as described and only steps from the beach. We adored the decor, especially the pink accents, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. We can’t wait to come back!

Casa de Las Olas is an absolute gem. It has nine skylights offering abundant light, views of the ocean so close you can see seals playing in the waves, and a sanctuary of home in an otherwise bustling coastal town. The location is phenomenal, along the coastal walk area of San Diego-La Jolla Underwater Park and Ecological Reserve, with equal distance to wildlife sightings, dining, art galleries, and shops. Additional highlights include dual shower heads, a fireplace to warm the cooler coastal evenings and mornings, elevated ceilings, and all the unique character of a renovated cottage. It is the perfect size and location for solo travelers such as myself.

The place and host are fantastic. Me, my fiancé and dog really enjoyed ourselves. Dan was quick to respond to any questions we had. We would give 6 stars if we could. Highly recommend staying here. We will be back.

Place was great, walking distance to everything. Kimmy was very responsive and everything worked perfectly.

We loved how close to the beach and walking distance to restaurants, and coffee shops. We also enjoyed bringing our dog who loved the outdoor patio we would definitely stay again. Cute place and very clean.

Molly was a great host. She was always responsive and clear with instructions. We loved the place itself. There was plenty of room to unwind, and it is nicely located between a number of great areas in San Diego.

This property exceeded our expectations. Brian was super communicative when we needed him and we had a wonderful stay. One of our best rentals in the 30+ we've booked.

Anke and Casey are some of the kindest, sweetest, and most thoughtful hosts we've ever met. Their home is beautiful, with a lush and peaceful yard. We especially appreciated the wholesome feel of the space, with real wood floors and walls adding warmth and charm. The place was spotless and full of character. We'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Cute little house that was better than the photos depicted. Quiet street, friendly neighborhood, close to the beach and to premium restaurants. The patio in the front and the relaxing garden in the back yard were competition for the beach. The best thing I can say about the house is that it was clean and comfortable and the plumbing was A-1. Galyn was nice to work with.

We had an exceptional surf weekend at Nicole‘s place in Cardiff. Being able to walk to the beach was heavenly, and using the outside shower after surf sessions made it simple and easy to transition into relaxing chill time at the house and around the fire pit. The beach gear was perfect for those that wanted to relax on the shore, and it was in excellent condition, basically brand new! Nicole was very helpful and responsive, and it was very thoughtful of her to offer us early check-in when she noticed we were driving down from LA. We’ll be back!

Sandra's place is a dream location - right on Neptune with views of the beach, we woke up every morning to calm ocean sounds and a bright airy home that had everything you'd want for a holiday weekend - grill, fire pit, outdoor seating with string lights. Would definitely book this place again!

We loved this home and would definitely come back. The Home aesthetics were awesome , my girls loved it and want their rooms at home to look like it. Waterfall feature in the back is a nice touch. Kitchen well stocked, home was clean. The upstair loft did get warm but we opened windows before bed and used the fan that’s available. This homes neighborhood is located next to a busy highway but the home is on lot that felt private . The traffic can be loud at times but it did not bother us, you can just close the windows. We brought our e-bikes and were able to get anywhere via bike in 5-10min. Driving is even faster. Beach is 1/2 mile away . We went to Moonlight Beach it was perfect. Plenty of restaurants near by.

This place is so convenient to downtown Encinitas and Moonlight beach. The beach cart, 4 chairs and umbrella made for a great day at the beach. There is the train tracks so keep that in mind.
