Vacation rentals with a patio in Encinitas

We didn’t want to leave. This host is extremely thoughtful with all that you could use on vacation. My husband and my 15month old accompanied me on this adventure to the beach. Just a few blocks away we loaded up our wagon and just enjoyed all the great restaurants and activities around. Besides being the perfect location, this Airbnb was well stocked including a High chair and pack n play for the baby. No clutter around other than a few tasteful decorations we were able to put up so baby couldn’t reach them. The cleaners have done an amazing job at every inch of the home, to the extent that I felt comfortable with my infant roaming around. We will be saving this booking for future use because it was beyond my favorite place to stay. As per the host, they are responsive kind and understanding. Angels place was a little rough to find at first, but it's a great little oasis in SD on the bay side. Responsive host and good amenities. Great to have chairs and blanket for the beach...beach towels would've been a nice touch. Overall, good experience in a nice centrally located place.

Kevin’s place was fantastic! It was in a nice neighborhood and had a beautiful view of the ocean. I also enjoyed that I could walk to the beach. The check in process was smooth and easy and Kevin was always responsive. While there was no AC, the ceiling fans circulated the air enough to be the perfect temperature. I would definitely stay here again!

Location is very walkable to charming downtown Vista area, and the unit itself is clean, airy, and spacious with plenty of amenities! There are clear instructions in place too and the dedicated parking was a big plus. It was a peaceful and restful place to stay, thank you Kim!

Came into town for the weekend with my grown sons and found Rosina’s place to be a great home base!! Perfect for 3 people. And walkable to downtown. There are some restaurants and stores close by too. The casita is clean and cute and has a little patio! All the amenities necessary. Rosina was very communicative from the moment we booked. Would stay here again!!!

This is hands down one of the best stays my husband and I have ever had! Not only was the place super easy to find, but it was well stocked, clean and comfortable. The host, Connie, was extremely kind and flexible with us when our check in was late. She made us feel right at home and the value of the stay far exceeds the price. I highly recommend their granny flat in La Mesa and hope I can come back again very soon!!

I stayed at this place for a week almost. The apartment is cosy and confortable, with many points of interest at walking distance, including Gaslamp quarter and the Stadium. The small balcony and the common rooftop are very agreeable, and Jay and his team were very responsive and accommodating. I would definitely consider this place for a next trip to San Diego !

The house was just what my family needed. The inside and outside of the house gave us the rest and break that we needed after a long day. Olivia was wonderful and was on top of it with all the little details and was very responsive. Thank you and we will definitely be back!

Loved our staycation at this adorable beach house! Location could not have been better - just a couple blocks from beach access and also super close to restaurants, shops and bars. The house is very cute and was just the right size for our little family of four. The kitchen is well stocked including a French press and keurig. It was also nice having both a front and back yard. Our dog and toddler both thoroughly enjoyed this protected outdoor space. Hosts are also fantastic and were incredibly responsive and generous, including when we embarrassingly locked ourselves out of the house. Highly recommend and would book again!

Brian, the host was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed yet peaceful and quiet. Robin was a great hostess. She was extremely responsive but we didn' really need to communicate with her ince we were checked in. The cottage was a beautiful little space that was perfect for my two older parents. The area was quiet, off set from the main street but still close enough (5-15mins) to groceries, shopping and the beach. The cottage has plenty of ameneties for your stay and 1 spot for parking.

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. My wife, kids, and I were in town for a wedding nearby, and it was the perfect combination of quiet and convenient. The house is near great places to eat, get coffee, and one of my favorite grocery stores in SD (Seaside Market!). It is also very close to I-5 and the Pacific Coast Highway (101) to get around quickly. The house had all of the comfort and amenities we needed, and it was very easy to check in and out. Communication with Sarah was excellent throughout, and we will keep this place in mind for future visits!

We loved this home and would definitely come back. The Home aesthetics were awesome , my girls loved it and want their rooms at home to look like it. Waterfall feature in the back is a nice touch. Kitchen well stocked, home was clean. The upstair loft did get warm but we opened windows before bed and used the fan that’s available. This homes neighborhood is located next to a busy highway but the home is on lot that felt private . The traffic can be loud at times but it did not bother us, you can just close the windows. We brought our e-bikes and were able to get anywhere via bike in 5-10min. Driving is even faster. Beach is 1/2 mile away . We went to Moonlight Beach it was perfect. Plenty of restaurants near by.

Our stay was great! The house was very nice. It had a lot of updates. It was perfect for us because we were in walking distance of where we needed to go. Nice walking trail near by. Big outdoor patios in front & back with a view of the ocean out back.

This place is so convenient to downtown Encinitas and Moonlight beach. The beach cart, 4 chairs and umbrella made for a great day at the beach. There is the train tracks so keep that in mind.

The apartment was exactly as described. It suited us very well as we wanted a short vacation after our work in San Diego. The location was central and it was a walkable distance to the Gaslamp Quarters. All the amenities listed were spot on. We especially loved the free detergent provided. It was such a thoughtful gesture and we left San Diego with hardly any dirty clothes! In all, we had a wonderful experience throughout our stay there. We highly recommend this premise to all SD visitors looking for a good stay.

Had a nice at Oceanside for my Ironman weekend. The apartment is a walking distance from the pier and the harbor, and the beach.

This was the perfect place for our family or five, and Dalma was the perfect host. Everything was great, as many other prior reviews have already articulated in great detail. You can stop looking for a better spot to stay; book this place now!

Cassandra was an excellent host. She communicated clearly and promptly with us. The condo is modern, clean, and well equipped. Surprisingly the fold out couch was comfortable to sleep on. The bed was comfortable too. Both were firm enough for my daughter and myself. The master bath is enormous with acceptable water pressure. While we did not spend a lot of time outside, the Adirondack chairs and small dining area with lighting would have been nice to use had the weather been warmer. Also the unit is walking distance to a lovely La Jolla beach. An excellent place to stay for a few days in San Diego.

The beach was literally within steps! We were looking forward to having a relaxing trip - which we did. I loved that beach chairs and coolers were provided had we needed them. Assigned parking made me feel safe.

Great location. Walkable to the beach, restaurants and shops. They had a wagon which was clutch to help transport beach necessities to and from without issue. Loved the rooftop space to hang out and unwind. Train wasn’t an issue, barely heard it when we were inside. Area was great for a quick getaway. Super responsive and got any issues taken care of right away. Everyone had tons of relaxing fun in the sun.

It was such a beautiful place and so fun to stay at. The balcony has beautiful views and it’s walking distance to the beach.

Comfortable, clean, and safe, with responsive and friendly hosts! A short walk to the beach, shopping, restaurants and night life. Highly recommend and will book again in the future!
