Lux Casita with Pickleball & Resort Amenities

White walls and French doors open up each room to create a feeling of calm throughout the home. From the designer furnishing and tasteful decor items to the tennis court and pool outside, this Casita is as spacious as it is stylish. The property is resort like, without the crowds. Play tennis, shoot hoops, lay by the pool, or stroll through the garden. Hiking and mountain bike trails are out the back door. PLEASE NOTE: price indicated is for two guests staying in the one bedroom one bath with full kitchen. Optional second bedroom, bathroom can be added for an additonal $198 per night. Our place is very private, yet close by car to many attractions. 7 miles to the beach, 20 minutes to Legoland. Hiking out the back door, you will find endless trails and great mountain biking. Guests can use the tennis court and relax in their own private yard. Pool is available, although it is not heated. Hot tub is also available, but a $20.00 usage fee is needed to get it hot (It's big, and takes a lot of gas to get hot!) We live on the property, but it is very private. I can be reached easily by phone or text if something is needed. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood that evokes a country vibe, the casita is accessible to all San Diego has to offer. Hiking trails are just outside with the beaches, local restaurants, and boutique shops just a short drive away. Permit Number: RNTL-007165-2017 A car is needed. The City of Encinitas charges an additional 10% TOT tax which I will add to the booking after confirmation. You will receive a request for payment before your arrive and it is separate from your reservation fee. Extra person charge of $25 per night The casita is close to Del Mar race track, Legoland, beaches, hiking, and equestrian centers.

Separate gated entrance to the private guest suite which occupies the lower level of the home named the Treehouse of Love (no shared spaces). Enjoy the backyard to yourself! West of the 101– Located in the heart of Leucadia in Encinitas this charming bungalow provides convenience and privacy with patio and yard space. It's a short walk to Beacons for a morning surf session. Spend the rest of the day grabbing a coffee with the locals at Coffee Coffee or a taco at the Taco Stand down the road. Beach front view, at the bluff 1 min walk from Stone Step stairs. Neptune street, walking distance from restaurants, local boutiques and convenience coming home for a quiet peacefull outstanding space. The apartament is well decorated with a bohochic design .A perfect combination where either choosing being inside or out you will be comfortable in peace. The outside area has a deck with a gorgeous view of the ocean, you can drink what you like is always 5 a clock some where sunrises sunsets!

The Beach is open!! The amazing, large 2 Bed 2 bath town home, has an ocean view and is 40 feet from the Beacon's Beach Access. Its large private fenced front yard is perfect for families and approved pets. The entire building has two town homes. One is upstairs and the this home is downstairs. The area is the quintessential 1960's beach town with restaurants within one block. We are pet friendly with pre approval and a pet fee of $150 per pet.
