Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Encinitas

This is a very nice, clean and well appointed apartment which opens into a green and peaceful courtyard. Best of all for me, it has a one car garage with remote! Its really convenient to pull into the garage late at night instead of trying to find street parking. The bay is a bit narrow so you do have to rent a smaller vehicle - I had a 4 door Nissan Versa. The area is mostly residential with restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. The owner is very helpful and responsive. When the TV remote stopped working, he showed up to change batteries and when that did not work, he ordered a new remote which arrived the next day. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Great stay at Marabella! The views were stunning from our room! Located right on the water, walking distance from many shops and restaurants. The patio was nice and grounds were well kept and clean. The beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and outdoor shower was definitely appreciated. It was perfect!

I loved the location, we could walk to coffee in the morning. A few great food options are close. The kitchen was fully equipped for anyone wanting to cook, we didn't because the food choices were too good in the area.

We loved our stay at this home! Very comfortable for two couples and an infant. Walkable to the beach, we watched a beautiful sunset minutes from the home. Nice breakfast options nearby and lots of children’s toys/activities. Host was responsive and helpful. Would rent again.

We absolutely loved, and would recommend Matthew's vacation rental. We have stayed in Oceanside several times for a quick get away and this lovely location is by far our favorite. We hope we will be able to return in the near future. A parking spot is right in front of the property, Matthew's check in and out instructions are clear and easy to follow, the location cannot be beat, with the ocean and private beach just steps away. The interior has everything you could possibly need, it was clean and well stocked. I personally appreciated the binoculars and decaf coffee. It was wonderful to sit outdoors and watch dolphins, seabirds, surfers, dogs happy to be on the beach, and relax to the sound of the waves. There are many great restaurants nearby, and plenty of activities and places to visit in and around town. The best part was the feeling of being in our own little private sanctuary. Thank you to Matthew for being a fantastic host!

This was the perfect La Jolla getaway! The home was peaceful, charming, and just steps from the beach—which made morning walks and sunset strolls incredibly special. Tucked in a quiet neighborhood but still close to everything, it felt like a true retreat. The space was spotless and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. I’d absolutely come back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing escape by the coast.

This place is perfect for big families!!! The kids always had something to do. I was extremely grateful for all the extra towels definitely came in handy. This was my first ever Airbnb and because of this experience I am excited to try it out again it’s so much better than hotels especially with a bigger group. Big thanks to John for having this wonderful house available.

Rosa's place is so charming and so spotless! We had a lovely stay and found everything we needed at our fingertips. The location was great for us, but just know, as in all of southern California, you will need a car. The location provided easy access to multiple towns and beaches--highly recommend and would love to stay again!

We arrived in Encinitas at an Airbnb that simply wasn’t acceptable! We found Casey’s place and connected with him to book his home last minute. It was perfect for our family gathering, with a beautiful backyard, large open gathering space, and easy access to the beach and downtown Encinitas. Highly recommend. Casey was kind and very responsive.

Anthony's place was great! He and Amanda were super communicative and the place was easy to get into and was exactly as described. We had a great stay. If you are unfamiliar with the Carlsbad area, as we are, there are a couple of helpful things to know: - there is quite a bit of street noise as the home is directly on the street across from the Pacific. - the beach directly across the street from the house is at the bottom of a bluff - there are quite a few stairs to climb down in order to reach the beach/water. - there is no beach across the street at high tide - the water comes all the way up to the bluff - there are great beaches about a half mile either direction from the home that are easier to access. None of this would have changed our decision to stay, but would've been good to know if we were more familiar with the area. Overall great stay, at the home was very well laid out for my elderly Mother with all amenities on the first floor and not stairs to enter the home.

This home is absolutely beautiful. The house is gorgeous, very spacious and in a central location. The home is on a quiet street in a very safe neighborhood. You can walk to the main drag in Encinitas to check out the many restaurants and shops. Several beaches are very close by in Encinitas and in either direction north or south to Carlsbad and other locations. There are grocery stores and other amenities nearby you can frequent if needed. Also easy to access the I-5 freeway for exploring San Diego and the rest of the region. The house is one of the nicest AirBnb's I've stayed in. Very well appointed in all areas of the house. The kitchen is very nice and you even have All Clad cookware and an entire drawer of spices. Not often you get these amenities. We particularly loved the two remote control fireplaces. Several TV's in the rooms and living room as well. It has a nice backyard which is great for pets and has plenty of seating areas.

Wonderful stay. Steve & Nikki were super responsive and friendly. The house was perfect for me & my son. We loved how it was decorated! Very peaceful vibe & also well stocked. Very very clean! Location can’t be beat. We walked everywhere.

Great little place in heart of Del Mar! Great for walking and also great for getting around San Diego with car - very central. Beautiful ocean views and 5 min or less walk right to the beach !!

Great place, easy walk to beach or downtown. Ryan’s place is very well stocked with everything you could need. We had a great time!! There was even a Christmas tree up (we were there over Christmas) which made it feel very homey. I highly recommend this Airbnb!

We had a fantastic stay in unit 4! You absolutely cannot beat the location and having parking included is incredibly convenient. The unit itself looked just like the pictures and it was very clean. We enjoyed having a full kitchen as we visited the farmers market on State Street (open on Wednesday afternoons) and purchased snacks and items to make breakfast each morning. We're already planning our next trip back and will book this location!!

A wonderful condo in the Omi resort.Has everything you need , fully stocked .great views out of the 2 sliders .A Walkable area in the resort and a lagoon and beaches not faraway. I enjoyed the walks in the resort and the restaurant.

We really enjoyed staying at Robyn’s condo! It is in a nice spot close to the beach and there is a beautiful view from the balcony. It was great to be able to access the hot tub and pool, we had it to ourselves both nights! Robyn was very responsive and helpful, we definitely recommend staying here.

Place was exactly what we wanted...very close to the beach, primarily. The space itself was homey, well stocked and clearly thoughtful. Pam clearly has an artistic flair. It was very comfortable, including the bed! Would definitely come back. Carlsbad is a cute little town and easy access from LA.
