What great apartment for our first time visiting Florence! Easy check in and check out was a plus. Modern amenities, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We had everything we needed and more. It was outside the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas but within walking distance. Convenient parking lot a few doors down, a cute cafe/bar right next door and a supermarket around the block. We would definitely stay again and highly recommend. Thank you, Caterina!

The estate is simply enchanting, finely and tastefully renovated. The spaces are large, the furniture refined, the bathrooms fantastic and the additional services allow you to fully enjoy the experience. A special note of merit to Anna and Barbara, who welcomed us and made us feel at home, doing their best (always with a smile) to satisfy all our requests. Special mention for breakfast, really great.

I studied abroad in Florence and stayed here at the end of my semester with my parents. This apartment is in a PERFECT location. Everything is genuinely 10 minutes walking distance away! The place is very spacious and we loved our stay here!

Ideal apartment for visiting the 5 lands, close to the train station. It's located on the shopping street, just a little noise in the evening. The accommodation is clean with air conditioning. However, the shower is a bit small. We didn't see Lorena but communication was very easy

We really enjoyed staying in La Spezia. The apartment is very tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable. Everything is as described. You can easily walk to bus line 3 and the train station, but it is also possible to walk to the city center. Thank you very much for the useful tips from Alessia. In particular, we would never have found the Pizza Da Pipeo. A real insider tip!

Paola’s place was a wonderful, cool safe haven in the busy city. Fantastic AC for the heat, comfortable, homey, with incredible views from the balcony. Paola was responsive and flexible when it took a long time for us to drop off our rental car, and provided some great local recommendations. Easy walking to the city center and tourist sights. We had a great stay!

It was a great stay! The condo is actually part of a hotel and it was nice to be able to leave our suit cases at the front desk. Close to the water and was a beautiful stay.

The apartment is very spacious, new and beautiful. It has the amenities advertised. It is 300 meters from Piazza San Marco, where you have the means of transportation to get around: how to get from the station or go to Piazzale Michelangello. It's very easy to walk from there to the sights.

I had all of the amenities I needed for my stay at Marina's apartment and could not fault anything at all. I had asked for some restaurant recommendations and Marina was responsive and helpful in providing these. In addition, she recommended some places to visit whilst in Bologna. All very useful. Nothing was too much bother for Marina. She greeted me on arrival and came across as friendly and we run through any questions I had. The apartment was clean and is centrally located in Bologna. I could not have wished for me.

Very well-located and clean accommodation, with an attentive and very patient host. Transportation is well served and close to the accommodation. The tram takes you to the historic center of Florence. We recommend that you go to Pisa by train and to Siena by bus. An unforgettable Tuscan week due in large part to Simone's good advice. Wow wow! What an excellent stay here in Rapallo. This was me and my fiance's very first time visiting Italy and Mirabela exceeded our expectations in more ways than one. From the beautiful condo which was very accessible, cute and clean, to her proative and helpful communication, she really made us feel at home. The condo is just a short walk away from the town center which made it super easy to get around. She also shared a lot of information about transportation options which was very helpful and made our trip out to Portofino seamless. We will definitely be back! Grazie Mirabela!

An absolutely stunning place! Despite all the glowing reviews, they can’t fully capture the experience of staying here. From the moment you arrive, it feels like stepping into a luxurious estate. The grounds and pool are breathtaking, offering a serene and relaxing escape. If you're looking for peace and tranquility away from the hustle and bustle of Lucca and Pisa, this is the perfect place to unwind. It was perfect. We stayed for a bike holiday/trainingcamp. Had a great time in Forli and surroundings.

Alessandro was very responsive for early check in, met us at the door to give a Tour, helped us book a taxi for our early morning flight and recommend a dinner restaurant. 10 minute walk to train station into downtown Florence for the day 1.60 euro each way.

This was easily one of the best Airbnb experiences we've ever had! The apartment is an absolute gem in Bologna. Waking up to the sunrise and watching the sunset from the terrace was magical. The views are simply breathtaking. The whole place is perfectly set up, with cool features like a retro shower and a fantastic jacuzzi that made our stay feel extra special. It was more than just a place to sleep, it was a whole vibe! While the check-in process was a bit tricky with the app and codes, Vittorio was an incredible host. He was super responsive, proactive, and friendly, helping us sort everything out right away. We really appreciated his amazing communication. We can't recommend this place enough. If you're looking for a unique and beautiful spot in Bologna, this is it!

We were there as a group and had a wonderful vacation. The single location is very idyllic with fabulous views of the valley and over the olive trees. The villa was very well equipped( kitchen everything you can imagine, additional fridge, washing machine +dryer...) you noticed that the house is also used privately and was therefore also decorated with a lot of love for detail. The style is very comfortable. Beds very comfortable, screens on all windows. We were very enthusiastic about the pizza oven, as well as the pool. We spent most of our time at the house due to the heat and the very steep driveway (gravel path, partly rinsed out, two sharp turns). A car for activities and shopping is a must-see.

Its our 3rd time in a row that we stayed at Serena's place, as usual it was amazing. It feels like home, due to the privacy we have at the house, but feels like home too because Serena and her family are one of a kind hosts! Thank you for having us, we hope to see you next year! We had a lovely stay!

We enjoyed our stay. Starting with the check-in, the stay went smoothly. The apartment invites you to relax and feel good away from many people. For two people, there is really more than enough space. We found the apartment to be very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, we were unable to test the pool due to the temperatures. No wish was left unfulfilled for us. Supermarkets are super to reach by car within 10-15 minutes. The location was perfect for us as we wanted to stay away from the city. The sea is usually about 20 minutes' drive away, depending on the location - just perfect.

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!
