We had a very pleasant stay. Alessandra is a very friendly and helpful host. We could explore the environment by bike and reach e.g. Ravenna or Cervia easily by train. The daily breakfast was incredible.

Enrico was a gracious host and truly went above and beyond. His home was peaceful and beautiful. We enjoyed tranquility and also adventure. He helped us book local restaurants and gave us many pro tips. We loved his home, his mother and the animals. It was a wonderful stay!

great location, so quiet and peaceful. we stayed with friends over the formula 1 Imola grand prix weekend and the drive to the track took around an hour - very easy drive which took a route into and out off Imola town itself which avoided all traffic congestion. would be very happy to stay again

A unique experience from the hunt to the treasure for the keys and then dive into the past when you went home to Grandma's: leaving the structure intact is the icing on the cake! But the unspoiled nature is the mountain landscape seriously makes a difference! Our stay was short but very cozy 😊

The house is beautiful, the rooms very spacious and very pretty! only small downside, the arrival time window is really small and after problems on the road and a later arrival than expected, we could not have dinner and we would have appreciated even just a panino! For the rest, perfect!

A small piece of paradise "bred" with obvious love by Luigi and his partner. If you like silence, open countryside, and authenticity, it's the place for you. Breakfast included more than satisfactory! The price is not the most competitive, but consistent with the average locally proposed. i highly recommend it to local travelers and adventurers like me, but definitely also for those looking for a romantic cantuccio to relax and just breathe, be, slowly... between a warm bathtub and a walk in the warm morning sun.

The room is located in the Lunigiana countryside, the house is cozy and will also work for those who simply need a night support. Being in the countryside, you are isolated from the noise of the city and at night you rest in nature:) In the evening I ate in an osteria recommended by Luigi and took a tour of the city. I recommend adding this city to your destinations, also to visit the castle in the morning, or in the evening take a pleasant walk through the historic center. Pontremoli is a village full of surprises and initiatives. I wish you a good stay!

Weekend of September 10 as a couple, characteristic and well cleaned room, very honest prices, excellent hospitality and availability, very quiet place for total relaxation, to try the products of their production such as beer, fresh pasta and jam. Good food and beautiful bio pool which is still almost a rarity to find. We'll definitely be back.
