Very nice host and perfect place to stay in La Spezia. 100% recommended and the location is perfect!

This place is beautiful with a modern coastal vibe, clean, updated in every way. The views from the room and terrace are stunning. I missed the part about daily cleaning but found it was so refreshing to have the bed made, clean towels and coffee pods renewed. DO NOT overpack as the stairs are a killer. But the views and hearing the ocean waves at night more than make up for it. A very special place indeed.

This is a true gem! I almost didn't write this review because I don't want to let this secret hideaway become overcrowded and unable to book when I go back to Florence. An authentic Florentine bed and breakfast, centrally located, safe, clean, and the best part are the hosts that treat you like family! Breakfast and coffee-phenomenal! Not only are you getting a lovely and quaint place to stay, but you also get the assistance and care from Riccardo and his wife to have the best experience in Florence. Both were so helpful in arranging a tour of the Chianti region, being present for my lost luggage so I didn't worry and waste time waiting for the delivery, making reservations to places I couldn't get into, giving advice for sites to see, even ordering a taxi for departure, and offering historical information about the city and its many changes. They go over and above what is expected from an air bnb! Will definitely stay again if they will have me!

This is the second time we visit Sabrina's lovely place. Sabrina and the family are always sweet, welcoming and very friendly. The place is so clean and tidy and you feel at home. The pool area is also really nice. If you need peace and quiet and the most beautiful view, then this is the place.

We found a perfect quiet place in close proximity to Florence with a great host Carla. A really nice house from the 15th century (I think) the garden invites you to linger and rest between the sightseeing tours in Tuscany. With a delicious breakfast, you can talk to the other guests. Really recommended 👍

Hotel Villa Gentile was a great location, a nice quiet space with access to beaches, great food, and friendly people.

This place is great, so sad we had only one night here, will definitely book again when visiting Cinqueterre on another opportunity. The room is very spacious and the bathroom too. Hosts are friendly and receptive.

Staying at Villa Lucia was lovely. Cleanliness of the premises, excellent location of the property, possibility of using the bicycles provided free of charge, advice on the surroundings. The kindness and cordiality of all the staff was a breath of fresh air from Romagna. The buffet breakfast is very rich and tasty, with different proposals every day and the must-haves always available. I strongly recommend staying at Villa Lucia, relaxation and serenity.

Convenient location if you have a vehicle to get around, fairly new and well-kept apartment, quiet area even though we unfortunately found construction work in a nearby building. Highly recommended for those looking for an apartment with the right comforts

Great, warm and helpful staff, beautiful views, well air-conditioned, very tasty breakfast, clean pool! The only downside: there were some dust fluffs on the floor, which could be due to the uneven stone floor. Otherwise, it was a very nice stay!

We spent two days swimming, drinking the beautiful Dianella wine, eating food at the restaurant, exploring the area and fully relaxed. Absolutely recommend if you're looking for a tuscan escape only half an hour from Florence!

Daniela is a very helpful and attentive person. She made us feel right at home. She welcomed us to the property and was immediately attentive to our needs. We stayed in her equipped tent. 2 adults and 2 children. We spent 2 days in complete freedom in her property, taking advantage of a well-kept pool and a well-equipped and charming garden. A hammock and a small bonfire were our backdrop during a delicious apericena with a wonderful view. Quiet and away from the chaos, it allowed us to recharge before our return to Rome.

Place was amazing and match perfect the description. Francesca made us a fenomenal breakfast and delicious coffee, Fabio also was always there to check if we needed something and helped us made the check in. Definitely recommend the place.

Very pleasantly surprised, the place was clean and very convenient. The garden is not private but the way it is designed makes us think that we are alone. Not overlooked, small functional kitchen. I recommend it!

Lovely place, in a landscape that restores. The house, in addition to being cared for in every detail, is super clean! The garden is pure poetry, every corner hides a surprise; it enchants the view and takes care of the heart. It was a beautiful experience in every way. Including the knowledge of the owner, a cultured and sensitive person with whom we had a pleasant chat.

Antonio and his wife are fantastic hosts. Very friendly and flexible when our arrival was delayed due to car breakdown. Very great local recommendations for vineyards and restaurants. House is very clean, has everything needed nested in the beautiful hill just outside of the village. Access via road is very good and location is easy to find

Emilio (the hotel host) was kind and always ready to help. Emilio provided us flexibility for our check-in request and allowed us to leave our luggage there after our check-out (while we had a walk on the beach). The hotel and our room was as described, clean and comfortable. The breakfast sufficient with various pastries, toast, fruit juice, fruit jams, yoghurt and so on. The hotel location is ideal for the beach (very close) and many nice restaurants are nearby. We walked from and to the Rimini train station and that was nice and easy 20 min walk through a lovely park. I can recommend Emilio's hotel without hesitation and i will check it for available room next time too when i travel there.

The accommodation is super clean and comfortable, the staff and the owner are of a rare kindness and helpfulness, even for Romagna, which is a land of wonderful people! It was like being at home and any request I made was met with availability The breakfast selection is also excellent. Highly recommended!

Raffaella was the best host ever! She was so nice and even remembered that my wife and I were on our honeymoon and offered congratulations when we walked in. Extra perk that we could order from the next door restaurant and have it brought up to the terrace or our balcony in our room. Most thoughtful B&B owners I have ever had the pleasure of staying with!

Maria Livia was immediately kind and helpful and did not hesitate to meet us if needed. The place exceeded our expectations, being much more spacious than we thought, with clean and tidy spaces. If we go back to the area we will definitely come back here!

The people of Romagna always welcome you with a smile! And Roberto certainly doesn't disappoint in this regard: he's hospitable and always ready to solve the problems that inevitably arise during "out of town" trips (or at least, in my case, trips!). XD
