The apartment was very spacious, well located near the train station, and very clean. The view from the balcony was great as well. Alessio was very responsive and was very accommodating with the checking process. The notebook with recommendations and instructions was very helpful as well. I will definitely recommend his place.

Gianni’s apartment was great. The balcony was such a special treat and we enjoyed our morning beverages at the table. Great location and easy to walk to everything. It is in the center of many restaurants and is loud later into the evening. But we came prepared with ear plugs so we slept fine.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay with Giulia. The apartment was very close (2 minute walk) to the train station which meant we could go on a day trip to Venice. However, to Bologna city Centre it is around a 20-25 minute walk, so be prepared for lots of walking. Apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue was the boiler taking a while to heat water for showers and the toilet was very slow to fill with water so often had to flush with a bucket of water from the bathroom tap. Overall a very nice apartment.

Very beautiful apartment, nicely furnished with a very large terrace with jacuzzi and possibility to sit in shade. Great for cooling off after day trips. It was lovely to stay there. Bakery, vegetable shops and a few small supermarkets nearby and old town of Lucca within walking distance. Nice shower and good bed. Great air conditioning. Free parking a few hundred meters away and in front of the door also possible at a cost.

Francesco's apartment is a 14-minute walk from the station, in a strategic point from which you can easily reach the main points of interest in the city. The spaces were new, well-kept and impeccably clean. The bed was super comfy, as was the large shower. I really appreciated the water and snacks available. Overall I had a really good time, it was a very comfortable stay.

Nice apartment with a great location in a quiet and safe housing complex with private parking in the basement. The apartment is within the city walls, so there is a short walking distance to restaurants, supermarkets and attractions. Super good and helpful host who responded immediately and who did everything to make sure we had a great stay!

This property is in a stunning setting with beautiful local towns. We really enjoyed our stay after busy city visits. Host offered great hospitality and perfect suggestions of places to visit and restaurants.

What a wonderful place. We stayed here at the tail end of our trip and it was perfect. Quiet and sparse in the best of ways. Breakfast was amazing. They walked us to a lovely place for dinner. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views. We felt like we were the inky tourists, which was amazing after hitting all the tourists spots. We were sad to leave so soon!

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

The country house is beautiful and well maintained. Easy to reach by car and located in a very quiet area. Tommaso was very kind, the house was clean and tidy and there was everything you needed. Recommended!

Very clean and cozy place with all the amenities! If you have any questions or concerns, he was always active, too bad we were only there for one night because it was like being at home! I recommend it to anyone, that structure at that price is not to be missed! Thank you again for all the host's availability!

We enjoyed our stay in Lavagna in Alessandro's apartment, tastefully furnished, with quality equipment, spacious and very comfortable. The people in the neighborhood where we stayed were very friendly and we felt comfortable right away. There is a baker and a fresh pasta caterer a few meters from the apartment which are a real plus. Alessandro was good-natured, very friendly and answered all our questions quickly, whether about the accommodation or activities in the area. We'll go back for sure.

Lucia was an excellent host! prompt in her responses and consistently helpful throughout our stay. She kindly recommended a superb restaurant, where I enjoyed the best pasta I have ever tasted. The apartment was immaculate and well-maintained, making us feel immediately at home. It also featured thoughtful little touches that made a real difference. Lucia had kindly provided us with some drinks and sweet treats upon arrival, which was a lovely surprise. Both the bedroom and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. I would highly recommend staying at this cosy little apartment!

EXCEPTIONAL CLEANNESS If you are a sensitive for the cleanness this is the place. I really felt like my home for the cleanness and was very satisfied. I will definitely come back if I come to Florence. Cosimo is the kindest host and his recommendations were amazing! It is located on 4th floor without elevator but our 5 years old boy could handle it well. We didn’t complain. And Cosimo helped to carry the luggage when we checked in. Location is so good as well! Close to everywhere. Thanks for your hosting! This was the best Airbnb of our 4 Airbnb in Italy.

Casamia was a really nice place to stay at! In a nice, quiet neighborhood, with a bunch of restaurants nearby. The apartment was exactly as described and had all the necessary amenities to feel at home. Maridana was a great host, always super responsive and with a lot of nice local recommendations. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely consider it in the future. :)
