This place is beautiful with a modern coastal vibe, clean, updated in every way. The views from the room and terrace are stunning. I missed the part about daily cleaning but found it was so refreshing to have the bed made, clean towels and coffee pods renewed. DO NOT overpack as the stairs are a killer. But the views and hearing the ocean waves at night more than make up for it. A very special place indeed.

This is a true gem! I almost didn't write this review because I don't want to let this secret hideaway become overcrowded and unable to book when I go back to Florence. An authentic Florentine bed and breakfast, centrally located, safe, clean, and the best part are the hosts that treat you like family! Breakfast and coffee-phenomenal! Not only are you getting a lovely and quaint place to stay, but you also get the assistance and care from Riccardo and his wife to have the best experience in Florence. Both were so helpful in arranging a tour of the Chianti region, being present for my lost luggage so I didn't worry and waste time waiting for the delivery, making reservations to places I couldn't get into, giving advice for sites to see, even ordering a taxi for departure, and offering historical information about the city and its many changes. They go over and above what is expected from an air bnb! Will definitely stay again if they will have me!

Nous avions choisi ce lieu pour être à proximité de Florence Pise… pour des visites à la journée et profiter du calme et de la piscine le soir ! Sabrina a été de très bon conseils pour nous rendre à Florence où nous conseiller sur des visites. La vue des terrasses est fabuleuse !

Erg vriendelijke en behulpzame eigenaresse en zoon die altijd klaarstaan voor vragen. Appartement is schoon en ruim. Tot onze verrassing was er ook nog een balkon (stond niet in de omschrijving). Enige nadeel is dat je de auto niet kunt parkeren bij het complex. We moesten het bij het treinstation op 10 min lopen parkeren. Maar verder is het perfect voor een verblijf in Levanta. Strand, winkels, alles dichtbij. Ook waterkoker aanwezig.

Alloggio veramente top: pulito, nel centro di manarola. Ma quello che ha fatto la differenza è stata la gentilezza e la cortesia della ragazza che ci ha accolti e che è presente in reception: ci ha dato consigli utilissimi su dove mangiare e cosa fare. In più l’alloggio offre abbonamenti treni e sentieri a prezzo scontato, non comprateli prima! In particolare il sentiero azzurro a soli 3 euro. Noi abbiamo fatto tutte le 5 terre a piedi ed è stato meraviglioso. Da notare che il check in inizia alle 10, quindi se arrivate prima dovete aspettare. Arrivando verso le 9 Comunque abbiamo potuto parcheggiare gratuitamente a bordo strada senza problemi. Nella tariffa pagata non sono comprese le tasse di soggiorno, da pagare direttamente in struttura. In camera sono presenti anche qualche biscotto e fetta biscottata con marmellata con cialde per caffè per la colazione. Penso che di meglio non possa esistere alle 5 terre, andate qua

Since we had a car and luggage, our instructions were to come to the rear side of the property and it was a bit hard to find, but a friend of Alessia not only met us on the street but helped carry the luggage to the apartment, which was very helpful since there were lots of steps to climb. She also made recommendations for dinner and breakfast. This was a beautiful apartment with a very kind and responsive host.

Posizione dell' alloggio è vicino al mare, in strada poco trafficata.Mirko è una bravissima persona e disponibile nell' esaudire le nostre richieste. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo weekend. Grazie

Très bon séjour. Très accueillant. Il faut profiter des dîners sur place car cuisine du terroir de très grande qualité. À recommander absolument. Le plus une petite lythographie magnifique de la région. Merci beaucoup pour ce magnifique séjour.

Posizione comoda se si ha un veicolo per spostarsi, appartamento abbastanza nuovo e curato, zona tranquilla anche se noi purtroppo abbiamo trovate dei lavori ad uno stabile vicino. Molto consigliato per chi cerca un appartamento con i confort giusti

Tolles, herzliches und hilfsbereites Personal, schöne Aussicht, gut klimatisiert, sehr leckeres Frühstück, sauberer Pool! Einziger Minuspunkt: es lagen einige Staubflusen auf dem Boden, was dem unebenen Steinboden geschuldet sein könnte. Ansonsten war es ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt!

A really beautiful stay in a stunning, peaceful valley. Andrea was a consummate host. We really enjoyed our stay, and cannot wait to return.

We spent two days swimming, drinking the beautiful Dianella wine, eating food at the restaurant, exploring the area and fully relaxed. Absolutely recommend if you're looking for a tuscan escape only half an hour from Florence!

Daniela è una persona disponibilissima e attenta. Ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa. Ci ha accolto nella struttura ed è stata subito attenta alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo alloggiato nella sua tenda attrezzata. 2 adulti e 2 bambini. Abbiamo trascorso 2 giorni in piena libertà nella sua struttura approfittando di una piscina curata e un giardino attrezzato e suggestivo. Un amaca e un piccolo falò ci hanno fatto da scenario durante un delizioso apericena con una vista meravigliosa. Silenzioso e lontano dal caos ci ha permesso di ricaricarci prima del nostro rientro a Roma.

Place was amazing and match perfect the description. Francesca made us a fenomenal breakfast and delicious coffee, Fabio also was always there to check if we needed something and helped us made the check in. Definitely recommend the place.

Très agréablement surpris, le logement était propre et très pratique. Le jardin n'est pas privé mais la manière dont c'est conçu fait penser que l'on est seul. Pas de vis à vis, petite cuisine fonctionnelle. Je recommande !

Just like the pictures! Davide & all the employees were so nice and responsive. They are a small place and we were so thankful at their attentiveness and friendliness! What a stay in Riomaggiore! Amazing views from our balcony! Thank so much for the umbrella on our terrace! It helps when the sun at at it's peak! Wonderful stay!

Très agréble séjour , le gîte est parfait dans un ancien corps de ferme, paisible, au milieu de la campagne avec le chant des petits oiseaux , les petits lapins gambadent dans les champs, nous étions que nous 4 en cette période du 17 au 19 mai, le beau temps au rendez-vous, un peu frais le soir. Je suis venue de France de l'Isère (proche Grenoble) en pélerinage à San Damiano qui est tout proche. Je recommande ce lieu aux autres voyageurs , Monsieur Antonio est très agréable.

Raffaella was the best host ever! She was so nice and even remembered that my wife and I were on our honeymoon and offered congratulations when we walked in. Extra perk that we could order from the next door restaurant and have it brought up to the terrace or our balcony in our room. Most thoughtful B&B owners I have ever had the pleasure of staying with!

Maria Livia si è mostrata da subito gentile e disponibile e non ha esitato a venirci incontro in caso di necessità. Il locale ha superato le nostre aspettative, essendo molto più spazioso di quello che pensavamo, con spazi puliti e ordinati. Se ripasseremo in zona sicuramente torneremo qui!

I romagnoli ti accolgono sempre col sorriso! E Roberto non si smentisce in questo di sicuro: ospitale e pronto ogni volta a risolvere gli intoppi che inevitabilmente possono presentarsi durante le gite "fuori porta" (o perlomeno, nelle mie, di gite!). XD
