A fantastic, well equipped cottage in a peacefull setting. Great for staying in or getting out and about the local area.

Our stay at the cottage was lovely. Ashley was quick to respond when we were having trouble with the WIFI . It was so peaceful and managed to spot a dear as we arrived. Would highly recommend. Colin, Michael &Lina.

Was very happy with our stay here, The evening with the hot tub was lovely and private, everything was clean and well presented. There was games left in the house for our use and we got use of these. The instructions before arriving to find location was helpful although the postcode in Apple Maps did take us straight the correct location which was great. Overall we were very pleased with the whole experience and would stay again. The added bonus was the hosts had a new puppy and we got to meet this beautiful fur baby on checkout.

We loved staying at Andrew's place. The Airbnb itself was gorgeous and had everything you might need for a beautiful summers day or a cosy winter night in. The highlight of the stay was meeting the animals and exploring, it was such a unique experience and we were all sad we couldn't make the most of it. Would highly recommend and we would definitely stay here again!

Dina was great. She was away while we visited but was still helpful and responsive from Australia. Beautiful peaceful little home with views of the pasture, cows, and rabbits from the hot tub area.

This cottage is wonderful. It's very cozy, has everything one could want including a big hot tub in a very secluded garden. We have dogs and because the garden is surrounded by stone walls and fences, it was perfect to let them wonder while we were in the hot tub. Very secluded and secure garden. The area is just idyllic. Two minutes away from Auchmittie and in the middle of beautiful countryside and so close to great beaches too. The hosts were excellent in all aspects too.

Had a lovely stay at this cottage . Near to Edinburgh as my son was doing the marathon but in a lovely location . Kylie was response to our messages and a lovely homemade loaf gave that extra touch for our arrival . Would definitely recommend and stay again .

I absolutely loved this serene little guesthouse tucked away just outside of Edinburgh. It was very nice, clean, and functional for our family group. It was easy to navigate from there to surrounding areas by car. Ali was so personable and friendly! Truly a pleasure to stay here, and we would gladly stay again!

A fantastic stay in peaceful surroundings. A lovely, cozy home with super comfy sofas in the lounge to crash onto after a day of walking. Kitchen has everything you’d need, and we opted to stay in and cook as a result. Great location too, with a fantastic selection of restaurants just a short drive away.

Wonderful & peaceful location. The barn is spacious and has everything you could need. Dogs aren’t allowed on the sofa or beds, however there is nothing to prevent your dog from going upstairs to the main bedroom, which makes the no beds rule quite hard work if your dog is used to being allowed upstairs and on beds. We did manage to block the stairs off with the fire grate. The grounds are amazing around the house and Irene was very welcoming. We had a wonderful stay and found a gorgeous walk on the Falkland Palace Estate. A really lovely, as described stay.

Gorgeous cottage on a lovely row of houses away from the road. I used Laura’s cottage as a base to bag some munros in the area and work remotely - it was perfect. We brought the dogs who were happy in the enclosed garden and we made use of a dog park a few mins drive away so they could have a proper run. I’ll definitely be back!

I was very impressed with the Cottage,it was very well equipped, clean and comfortable, surrounding area is full of various attractions,biggest highlight was seeing the dolphins and the seals swimming through ferryden harbour.there are many lovely walks and beaches to take your dogs on,my 3 loved the walk to the lighthouse,and various other places.The neighbours are very welcoming and friendly.Sharon was very helpful and an accommodating host,I look forward to visiting again,the weather was absolutely beautiful.Montrose is only a 6minute drive away,where you will find pubs, restaurants and shop to explore🐾🙂

The cottage is beautiful and comfortable to stay in. We didn't get a chance to light the log burner but it would be lovely on a cool night, and we were supplied with plenty of logs. The area is stunning and there is plenty to do locally. Andrew was always happy to chat and even brought over some toys for our baby.

We had a really lovely stay in Cosy Cottage. Spotlessly clean and home from home. The wood burner was absolutely fantastic although we did have a 9 month old baby so we had to be extremely careful. We were provided with a travel cot and high chair which was great. We didn’t use the garden which was due to weather however if we had the opportunity it would have been perfect for the dog and the baby as they couldn’t escape! Overall a fantastic time spent in the area which we know really well. Chris was extremely responsive to everything which was appreciated. Looking forward to going back.

Such a wonderful place to relax and recharge. Beautiful views and a fantastic garden. The cottage is cosy and has everything you could want for. Pittenweem and surrounding towns were perfect to explore with loads of walks and great local shops. Dawn was great, really responsive and very helpful.

Beautiful home in a wonderful location! Just a short drive to St. Andrews. House was immaculate and very comfortable. Great spot for families! Our son adored the garden, playset, and toys. Highly recommend!

A lovely cosy and characterful cottage in a fabulous location in Crail near the harbour, shops and eateries. Very well equipped with a lovely comfy bed. We would definitely recommend it 😀 and hope to return again soon.

Excellent accommodation in St Andrews. It was perfect for a couple on a golf holiday. The place was spotless, and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home for our trip. Communication with Gail was great, literally can not fault the experience.

Loved staying in this home with the sitting area upstairs and the bedrooms and bathroom downstairs. View is beautiful overlooking the beach. Great for a walk too. Especially useful having a private car parking area across from the house as parking seems to be at a premium in the area. Everything about this place is lovely. Beds are comfortable, walk-in shower with good supply of hot water and the sitting area has 2 comfortable sofas with a chair in the window looking out over the view. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Fraser and Leanne’s Balletar cottage was perfect for the two of us! It was so clean and neat and newly remodeled. We found the cottage with no problems and check in was easy. It was an adorable space. Everything there worked well. We enjoyed making a wood fire both nights because we came in wet and chilled from our hikes. I’d love to stay again!

Lovely long weekend in Abernyte, the Lodge was easy to find and very clean with all essentials! The grounds were beautiful and Heather was very helpful when we requested to check in an hour earlier! Would defo recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area, we brought 2 dogs who had a lovely stay too!!

Absolutely loved our stay here. Very spacious and the garden was so pretty. Loved Scotland and would definitely recommend this place. Also loved the walk up the hill. Rewarding view at the lookout. Stunning! Great recommendation.
