Monthly Rentals in Downtown, Durham

Stayed here for kids graduation. There was a very thoughtful grad gift at check in. Such a nice gesture. It is representative of the care they put into this property

We stayed for one night on a Saturday night. Code and address were sent to us ahead of time. We checked in easily. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and bar and a quick uber to local breweries. The back porch was peaceful and faced the back parking lot and train. The house decor was simple and modern. Only concern is that the back down does not have a lock on it. We rented another condo from them and would definitely do it again!

I highly recommend Lucy's property if you are in town for a DPAC or Bulls Stadium event. Both are short walks away from her location. There are also plenty of bars, restaurants, and things to do nearby. She also has a zero gravity massage chair that is great! Do not waste money on a hotel...stay here!

This is a terrific Airbnb--it is well-located in downtown Durham and is a cozy, delightful spot with beautiful windows and an airy vibe. I was one minor caveat to mention: I was staying there alone and felt that walking back by myself through downtown at night was slightly less secure than I was hoping, particularly in light of some the unhoused people who seem to congregate in the back alley that one needs to go through in order to access the apartment (and who were, on occasion, rather vocal and pushy as I went by). But this is a very minor concern and would not have felt like an issue at all if I were staying there with another person, and certainly did not outweigh the many charms of this great space, which I otherwise recommend unequivocally.
