The bothy is part of an old stone building, it's compact, cosy and recently renovated. Nestled in woodland by Cochill burn, it offers a rural setting with ample oppurtunity for spotting our resident red squirrels. It sits close to our house, but with it's own access and small garden. It is centrally placed to access Perthshire and it's many oppurtunities for outdoor activities, between the attractive historic town of Dunkeld and market town of Aberfeldy both at 8 miles away.

Our family (young adult and teenage children and Granny) had a wonderful holiday here together . The setting is stunning with unparalleled views and the cottage has been thoughtfully designed and well appointed to help you enjoy the natural beauty but have all the creature comforts. Jake is a friendly and helpful host and gave us a great recommendation - live (Scottish folk) music night at the very friendly local pub. We loved swimming in the loch and exploring the hill farmland and Dunkeld itself. We’d love to return soon! What a place! Thank you.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Lodge. The Lodge itself was exactly as it is pictured and exceeded our expectations. The views were incredible and we would love to come back and stay again. A truly lovely weekend break.

We just welcomed in the New Year at little pheasant cottage. It’s a really special house, perfect for a relaxing winter break. The large windows into the garden and the hills beyond were my favourite thing, so calming and well designed. We went on some wonderful walks in the surrounding area and was lovely to come back to the cosy-ness of the house. Would thoroughly recommend.

Had a lovely stay. The area had lots of scenic walks nearby and places to eat. Went to the river at kinclaven bridge, blairgowrie river and shops, loch of clunie, beach at Stanley, river at murthly, lovely meal at murthly, stanley mills, kinclaven bluebell woods. The accommodation was lovely, very modern, clean and fresh, had comfy bed, good compact kitchen with everything, lovely bathroom, lovely views. I would recommend this to everyone.

An inviting lounge area is displayed, featuring a leather sofa alongside a kitchenette equipped with essentials. A light rug complements the wooden flooring. Large glass doors open to a private decking area, offering a glimpse of the surrounding landscape.
