Beautiful place!! Can’t beat the location. If you’re looking for a quiet spot to rest, the road in front of the house is a bit loud, but besides that, our stay was fantastic

it was a lovely place to stay in a perfect setting. the views from the property were stunning and it was very peaceful. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Our stay with Tiffanie and her family was perfect! We appreciated the location of the house, located in the heights of Saint Jorioz which is easily accessible by car (10min). Annecy is 35-40min depending on traffic. Quick tips: the GPS indicates to take a steep path and forbidden to traffic just before arriving at the house, ignore it and continue straight ahead before turning right at the next intersection (many + passable). The accommodation is very functional and refurbished, the furniture and decor are of quality! We particularly appreciated the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), as well as the garden and the beautiful equipped terrace. Thanks to Tiffanie, Charlie and Malo for their welcome and congratulations for the beautiful house they set up:)

The house is rather unusual - tall and thin - but very cleverly designed with the sitting room and two of the bedrooms with fabulous views the lake. It’s only 100 yards down to the lake where we swam every day. Talloire village is about 3kms away We all agreed it was a lovely house and we would definitely stay there again.

We had a very good stay in Sophie's beautiful house. Sophie herself is also very friendly and helpful. The house is very spacious and includes all the necessary things as described. In the village you can also find everything in terms of supermarket, pharmacy, ... It is an excellent base for exploring the region. We highly recommend this!

Jelena and Julien's cottage is ideally placed for activities in Pays de Faverges/Lac d'Annecy. It is clean and very well equipped. The proximity of the hosts is absolutely not annoying, they are discreet and there is no overlooking. I had a pleasant and relaxing stay and I think I'll rent it again to come see my mother. Thank you Jelena for your kindness and hospitality 😉

Beautiful place in very peaceful village, but close to Annecy, lake, even Geneve. Very easy to find and possible to park car just few meters from the door. We came with dogs and they were welcomed. Few grocery stores are very close, walking distance and opened on sunday. Hippolyte answered every question in short time. We loved this place.

Great stay in the heart of Lake Hennessey! The location is on parallel for the cost… A stones throw from the lake itself and in the heart of the old town this was the perfect spot for my husband, Friend and I. Well, the apartment only has one bathroom the toilet and shower are separate which I appreciate and the two bedrooms were spacious enough for three people. It was lovely sitting on the terrace in the morning having a coffee and a chat. The living room also was very spacious and the elevator was tremendous in getting our bags upstairs. Hosts were flexible in allowing us a slightly delayed departure. Though you need to meet the management company to receive and handover the keys, so plan ahead. Highly recommend this Airbnb for your visit to Annecy!

We had a great time in Talloires, in this beautiful apartment on the ground floor with breathtaking views and which makes rainy or gray days spectacular too because the view is always beautiful. The surroundings of the lake are superb, and Annecy is 20 minutes away. Thoughtful and responsive hosts! Recommended!

We enjoyed the week in Annecy very much: the apartment was very clean, cozy and fully furnished. There is a very quiet, barely visible terrace with wonderful views of the mountains and a small part of the lake. The very clean and well-maintained pool with the same pool house is just a few meters in front of the terrace. The neighborhood is very quiet. We always found a parking space close to the house. The entrance gate to the residential complex gives a good feeling of security. If we had any questions, the landlord responded immediately and gave us very attractive tips for activities, bakeries, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend cycling from the apartment via Rue du Capitaine Baud/ Rue de Verdun to the lake and along it to the city center. From our side there was nothing to criticize, we can fully recommend the apartment!
