Hello 👋🏼 My apartment is in the old town. It's close to the train station and the city center. Annecy is small, so you can easily access the lake from my place. You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

Located on the mountainside in one of the last preserved hamlets of Lake Annecy, village house atmosphere with beautiful terrace over the garden and magnificent views. Between swimming in front of the house, walking in the forest (waterfall), cycling, various water sports and... "aperitifs facing the setting sun", that's enough to recharge your batteries! Quiet chalet of 16 m2 on the heights of Lake Annecy at the foot of the path that climbs to the Forclaz pass, a recognized place for paragliders with magnificent views of the mountains and the lake. The chalet is equipped with a terrace, bedroom, sink and toilet. A private shower room and toilet are accessible 24 hours a day in my accommodation located a few meters from the chalet. A small dining area is available in the cottage. The wifi is sometimes a little capricious, no worries for 4G.
