We had a great time at Le Petit Nid once again. The house was clean and spacious and being 3, we each had our own bathroom. The house is located on the edge of a stream that gives a feeling of tranquility. The very cute house is located in an ideal location for our various getaways in the area. Sarah always responds very quickly to requests.

We had a great time in a quiet and very comfortable house. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, the rooms are very nice, the pool is safe for children. The many activities around the house complete this idyllic picture! We strongly recommend

An ideal place for us. In a quiet location, away from the hustle and bustle, right on the lake, swimming, water sports, hiking, cycling. Everything possible. We felt very comfortable in Bruno's apartment. We didn't miss anything.

Impeccable kitchen superbly well-equipped  Our hosts personalized our family vacation. They received us with warm and thoughtful hospitality. The residence has a beautiful, perfectly maintained garden, filled with games accessible to all. The beds are very nice and the rooms are beautifully furnished. Many games were offered for our little girl as well as for adults. We recommend this beautiful quiet house located near the village and all amenities in this beautiful area.

The chalet is stunning- really well designed inside and out, with unique features and a lot of love (and money) has been put into it. The pool and hot tub are excellent and well maintained. Rooms are lovely and the beds very comfortable The manager Ingrid was very helpful and responsive. Chalet was very clean on arrival. There are loads of great things to do in the area. The Carrefour Market at the bottom of the hill is excellent and had a great range of produce. However, there are a few things to note that aren't covered in the description and you may wish to be aware of before booking - The Annex with its 2 bedrooms are situated across the courtyard and not attached to the main house - The master bedroom doesn't have a toilet (although it does have a great shower and basin)- the toilet is downstairs - The live TV on the main living room TV wasn't working when we were there, and the internet can be quite slow from time to time, so ability to stream isn't guaranteed

coming for a wedding at the Giez farm we found this apartment absolutely perfect clean , rational,and a 10m walk from the wedding absolutely perfect!!! i recommend it.

Great house in secluded area of the campsite, very near dog friendly beach and all the sights of the lake. Turid was very responsive to the queries we had. Recommend.

stay at Greg's great accommodation, super nice, quiet and very well equipped, even with the essentials for a baby. I would recommend it without hesitation and would happily come back.

Thank you to all the team at the Savoyard barn who received us in the best conditions! The accommodation is at least as beautiful as shown in the photos, large enough to accommodate 4 people, and was also very clean upon arrival. We also really enjoyed the dinner and breakfast offered, both for their quality and by the quantities offered! We won't hesitate to return 😊

We had a pleasant stay at Marion and Sebastien's who are very welcoming and warm hosts. Their little studio is really great with its small terrace to enjoy the outdoors. The location is ideal, not too far or too close to the lake. It's very quiet and very enjoyable. The studio was tastefully done. We'll be back with friends or family to enjoy it more. What a beautiful setting for nature lovers like us. It had everything to feel good. The accommodation is impeccable, but also the stunning lake and mountain views. Cycling, hiking, good little restaurants too, shops within walking distance, a host responsive to our questions. We recommend this magical place!

Can’t beat the view and the location

The accommodation met our expectations, we had a lovely stay with the family in excellent conditions.

Despite the unpredictable weather, we had a pleasant stay, lulled by exceptional views of Lake Annecy and Duingt Castle. The terrace, literally on the water, offered us a real light show: sparkling reflections on the lake, contrasts of shadows and light... a magical setting at all times. The apartment, well-equipped and perfectly functional, is a real cocoon of relaxation, ideal for a couple with a child. The bike path, located right next door, allows you to go for a bike ride at the slightest desire — a real plus to explore the surrounding area. Check-in and check-out are simple and flexible, making the experience even more enjoyable. Thanks to Sophie and Lola for their support throughout our stay.
