Fowey Cottage, Lower Trengale Farm

A fabulous weeks stay! Clean and tidy, well presented, comfortable and spacious. A cottage with a beautiful wood burner and cosy lounge. Stunning gardens and surroundings. A great host who offered flexibility and little extras that meant a lot such as the honesty shop and home made scones (delicious by the way!) Gardens, sandpit and play area were perfect for our little one. We even had two little visitors by way of chickens which was fabulous. A communal family room, great WiFi in the cottage, plenty of parking and a bbq provided. We’ll definitely be returning!

Hole Barn

FrancescaRating, 5 stars5 months ago
We had a wonderful week. Karen is a brilliant host - nothing is too much trouble. Thank you Karen!!! We have been many times to the Barn and will definitely be back. The cottage is very comfortable. It is well equipped - there is everything you need and more. We appreciated the tea bags, oil, herbs and spices, shampoo and shower gel. The beds are fantastic. Hole farm is a haven of calm and tranquility. It’s lovely to walk around the grounds. The location is excellent. You are near beautiful beaches on the south coast which are never busy. We enjoyed Polmartin riding - the most fantastic riding school with beautiful Arab horses. There are also excellent pubs nearby with delicious food. All in all a brilliant cottage. The best we have stayed in.

Dairy : converted barn sleeps 4 maximum

Linda is the perfect host and there's everything you might need at the property including a few extras which were so much appreciated. So peaceful, a place to either relax completely away from the world (yet a supermarket just 12m drive away) or a base to explore so much that is too see in Cornwall. Or both! But don't miss the beautiful Golitha falls just around the corner. If you're into walking there's walks from the doorstep and the Moor has so much to see, didn't know this as in the past I've just visited beaches. Beautiful countryside and an abundance of ancient monuments. Staying inland gave me a new appreciation for Cornwall.
