Located in a quiet location near the village of Cavagnago (1020 m above sea level), this typical farmhouse in the Leventina valley offers a breathtaking view of the majestic mountains that surround it. The farmhouse, an ideal place to spend a relaxing stay immersed in the quiet of alpine nature, is an excellent base for bouldering in Chironico, Cresciano and climbing in Sobrio, as well as a perfect starting point for wonderful excursions on foot, by bicycle and winter sports.

The house is located in the historic village of Vassalini, surrounded by other historic and well-renovated stone houses, preserving the pure style of the valley. It maintains the style of the houses of the village, stone and wood characterize the decor. 100 meters from the cable car of the Chiesa ski area (Alpe Palù) and the swimming pool open all year round. The approximately 400-year-old farmhouse, which is located at almost 700 meters above sea level, was partially renovated in 2019. The rustic base was skillfully combined with modern elements. Surrounded by hiking trails and bike paths, at a height of 700m, with a breathtaking view towards the Southeast, it is the ideal starting point to discover Val Chiavenna or simply to relax surrounded by the silence of nature that reigns supreme in these places.
