Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Daventry District

The Pheasantry was absolutely the perfect place for us to stay. We loved the hosts especially, along with the beautiful space. We felt instantly right at home and loved the peaceful garden. The neighborhood was a great place to walk around and explore and we loved the trail skirting along The River Nene, where we found plenty of swans and beautiful scenery. It was also a good spot to drive from to reach many other locations that we visited. Couldn't say enough about the place and the wonderful hosts!

The cottage is very comfortable with all the amenities that we needed for our stay. Lovely enclosed garden for our Retriever & lots of walks around the area. We were only on a stopover visit but we would like to stay longer in the future. Mike & Sue are excellent hosts

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. One of the highlights for us was the enclosed garden—it was perfect for our three dogs to run around safely and enjoy themselves. It gave us real peace of mind knowing they had space to play as a lot of places advertise the garden as enclosed but they rarely are. The home had everything we needed for a relaxing break, and the hosts were welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend for anyone traveling with pets or just looking for a peaceful getaway!

We had a glorious stay at the barn. It’s so beautifully decorated and Nicola has thought of everything. Local food recommendations and trips, all the things you need to keep the place tidy for your stay, blankets etc. All the things that you wish you had when you’re away from home. Nicola was very friendly and welcoming, check out was very easy and convenient. Would definitely stay again, very impressed 😊

Another great stay at Beech house. Such a great house in a perfect location. We enjoyed a walk from the house ending in a lovely pub lunch at the white lion. Very responsive friendly host

We had a wonderful stay at the Old Dairy to celebrate a special 40th birthday and it exceeded all our expectations. Miranda was a fantastic host, went above and beyond with local recommendations and clear instructions, and the flexible checkout was a much-appreciated bonus! The Old Dairy is a stunning property with lots of great touches and is finished to a high standard - I wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. We also very much enjoyed the daily visit from the 2 lovable labradors!

Lovely location, lovely hosts, lovely accommodation. Spencer and Kirsty are extremely friendly hosts, and recommended some great local places to visit and eat 😄 Walking distance to the local pub and coffee shop, ( be sure to book the pub if you’re eating). Would definitely recommend 👍

We had a short stay while I was visiting family in Rutland. This home was very spacious for a cottage and was very well equipped - especially the kitchen. The Fox pub was 5 minutes walk away, super-friendly and able to provide a meal for 5 at short notice. This was just an overnight stay for us but we would have loved to stay longer. Highly recommended.

It was a real privilege to stay in such a beautiful place with all the comforts of home. The private balcony with amazing views and the lovely hosts made the stay superb - we hope to return sometime soon.

Great location in a pretty and peaceful village. Provided a much needed relaxing break. Enjoyed the nearby walk accessed through the church yard with the view of the countryside beyond. Clock Cottage is a well thought out property. Open plan, providing comfort and calm. All essentials plus added extras; the luxury of the rolled top bath & bath robes, a welcoming box of treats & drinks. Fairy Lights added a cosy glow above the bifold doors at night. There's also a great spacious bathroom with a fab shower. Can easily divert between the rainfall and hand shower heads, with plenty of hot water. Loved the beautiful garden and patio area. Private access from on street parking right outside through a separate gate with stones and level paving leading to the bifold doors. Established beautiful trees, shrubs and flowers edge the property and grounds with a lovely large lawn to enjoy in the sunshine. My dog did! Rutland Water is a short drive away. Will return to explore more.

My extended stay in Elaine's annex was just perfect for me! Its a cozy flat and has exactly what you need, was perfect for me whilst working away from home. Elaine was quick to respond, was very flexible and accommodating to my requests and was always ready to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The location is in a quiet cul-de-sac with easy access to main roads into milton keynes, plentiful on street parking and a 2 minute walk over to Asda. Was a wonderful stay thanks Elaine, I will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our second visit to Kamal’s lovely apartment. It’s rare to find somewhere so well equipped with so many thoughtful touches. It’s in a great location, too - lots of bars and restaurants nearby, and you can get to most other places in Leicester with a short taxi or Uber ride. And we couldn’t wish for a better host in Kamal. We wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else in Leicester.

A very well located flat for both Leamington Spa & Warwick. The flat was comfortable; very quiet & beautiful views across the river. Flat is situated on 3rd floor & there is a lift. Parking easy & 2nd car right outside so no problems there. Lovely to have shower gel; cooking oil; salt & pepper provided. A very enjoyable stay; would certainly recommend.

We loved this studio, it was so peaceful, beautiful views from every window. A private balcony and a garden to sit in. Janet was lovely, had made us a cake and there were lots of thoughtful touches. Generous hosts. We were only there for 2 nights and it rained so we went to Stratford (easy journey) but I would have loved to explore the area more, saw a barn owl and a deer with her fawn. Pub a lovely stroll away. It's a real place to unwind. We will definitely be back

We had a great stay, it was ideal for my partner and I, and our dog due to the very spacious garden for her to run around in. The Annex exactly as pictured and described and had everything you’d need for a relaxing and peaceful time away. Sam the host was very helpful if we needed anything and made it easy for us to check in. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area, especially with a dog. Couldn’t fault it, we will definitely be returning!

This is our 3rd stay here to visit our son at Warwick University. It's an ideal location, walkable if inclined. Always feel very much at home. We did find the mattress too soft and bouncy and the bed too small this time, but we have recently bought a new bed at home, so that's just preference. Always a warm welcome and great communication throughout. Looking forward to our next visit!

Easy to find and gain entry. The room was clean, tidy and perfect for a short stay with just about everything you needed including cooking oil, herbs, salt and pepper. There was a Morrisons nearby within walking distance. There's a nature reserve within a couple of minutes walk and red kites fly low over the rooftops. The room was convenient for a visit to an old workmate in Market Harborough and a day out at Rutland Water. Didn't venture into Corby itself so can't comment but there's a bus stop very close by. Would book again if ever in the area.

This was my second stay in the annexe. When working down South, it's become my go to, to get a breather from the hustle and bustle of life. Katie is extremely attentive and helpful (even when I was being an accidentally problematic guest). The accomodation is cosily contained in a quiet neighbourhood but close enough to the lovely Cobbs Farmshop/Café, as well as Stratford so you can have the perfect, relaxing weekend with a little good food and culture on the side!

Very comfortable unit, well equipped and close to activities. Jane was very helpful and gave a lot of advice about places to go etc. Highly recommended

I have stayed at Tim’s place before and every time I stay it’s just perfect. The bed is really comfortable and the shower is nice to use. I will be back when I’m in the area again

We have stayed here three times now as we love the peaceful location and the accommodation suits our needs perfectly. The new kitchen and bathroom improve what was already a great place.
