Farndon Grange is a contemporary Victorian farmhouse set in a 5 acre nature retreat. Windows and balconies overlook landscaped gardens, meadows, and lakes. This tranquil setting is perfect for retreats, team building weekends & family gatherings.This house is not suitable for parties. No loud music or shouting. There are 5 large bedrooms, 4 en-suite. The pool is heated May-September. There is an additional no 6 en-suite king bedroom available on request and included from May 1st when pool is on.

Luxury apartment with outstanding views

We created a self catering studio apartment from our hay loft during the lockdown of 2020. In the heart of the Welland Valley in Leicestershire there are are wonderful views up the hill to Nevill Holt (home of the Nevill Holt Opera Festival) and from the sofa you will be able to watch the sun setting behind the hill. The Getaway at Billing Aquadrome accommodates a cozy lounge with comfortable seating, a large flatscreen TV perfect for movie nights. The fully equipped kitchen includes all the essentials for preparing meals, including a fridge, microwave, oven, pots and pans, cutlery and dish ware. Being close to Warwick and Stratford Upon Avon it offers plenty for a romantic getaway. With plenty of outside space including a hot tub which is exclusively for the couple using the barn, Games room, an outdoor swimming pool (available during the summer months) shared with the owners.

The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar suitable for 2 ( the dining table in the lounge will seat5 ) has Wi-fi and parking is free.There is an additional one bed apartment available that sleeps 4 ( utilising a sofa bed in the lounge)
