Spacious, characterful and cosy barn conversion next door to our cottage in a lovely rural north Bedfordshire village. A large comfortable living room with log burner and a kitchen stocked with all the food essentials for breakfast including home made bread. The bedroom is spacious and there's a luxury shower room. Private access is via a side gate and separate private entrance. Lovely village pubs and a shop are a short stroll away and lots of other great places to eat are nearby

Cottage in Olney, wonderful market town
We are in the beautiful, bustling market town called Olney which is very lively throughout the day and then very quiet after midnight. Our lovely Grade 2 listed house is 400 years old, with many character features . It is stone built, making it cosy in the Winter and ice cool in the Summer. It has 6 large bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 staircases and a peaceful, huge and gorgeous garden at the rear. The house is ideal for families/children/friends/hens/ groups of guys working away.

The village of Pavenham is situated just 6 miles north of Bedford. Surrounded by the beautiful setting of the River Ouse, the village has a magnificent golf club and a pub right in the centre. Just 100 metres from the Old George and Dragon, the COCK does not provide food at the moment, but a great atmosphere. However, 5 minutes drive away is the SUN at Felmersham which does good food. Several places in Bedford deliver takeaways. Ideal for walkers on the John Bunyan Trail.
