Sanjay is an incredibly responsive and helpful host. The apartment is perfect for anyone wanting to be near the city centre. The apartment is gorgeous getaway and I could not recommend it more. Next time I’m in Leicester it’s where I will stay.

Loved everything about our stay. Beautiful, comfortable and lovely views both from downstairs and the bedroom. The little touches during our stay really stood out - loved the croissants, milk and OJ! Really liked the level of light (natural and artificial) and mirrors in the stay. Linen smelt really fresh and clean. The booklet with information was so helpful. Communication was great from Martin throughout, we mentioned it would have been helpful for us to arrive earlier than standard check in time and he prepared the place to be ready for us sooner - we met him as we were leaving and he was super friendly. Thank you for such a lovely stay and we hope to stay here again.

This place is amazing. If this property is available, trust me and just book it.....you won't regret it. It has beautiful views from the rear of the property and it's in a lovely quiet area. We used it as a base for an event at the Silverstone circuit which is a 20 minute drive away which was perfect. Petra is a great host, very communicative even before we arrived and very quick to respond. Thank you for a great stay Petra.

Everything was perfect. The location, right in the centre of Milton Keynes, makes it a perfect accomodation. Adam is a great host, who pays lots of attention to detail and makes sure guests are well regarded and their needs are accomodated. Instructions to check in, check out and to use appliances in the flat are provided in a very clear way. Looking forward to the next time.

The instructions on how to find the property and how to access the flat were really clear. It was really easy to find and was just as described. The tea, coffee, sugar and milk provided was a welcome find after a 5 hour drive, stuck in traffic. The beds were really comfortable and having two showers was an added bonus for my sister and I. The secure parking was also a plus. We would definitely stay here again.

I used this place whilst attending a conference in Nuneaton. Andy was around when I arrived and I received a great welcome. Great place for the business or leisure traveller. Off road parking and amenities fairly close by. No complaints and very good value for money considering the amount of space you get and use of the garden.

We had a great stay, it was ideal for my partner and I, and our dog due to the very spacious garden for her to run around in. The Annex exactly as pictured and described and had everything you’d need for a relaxing and peaceful time away. Sam the host was very helpful if we needed anything and made it easy for us to check in. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area, especially with a dog. Couldn’t fault it, we will definitely be returning!

Had a wonderful stay at "Bonny Doon" ! Faye was absolutely lovely, constantly responding to messages and just all-round being an amazing host for me and my partner. The listing was exactly as described and looked just like photos, if not better in person ! We adored the cinema-like projector and surround sound which we used non-stop on our stay. The garden was spacious and beautiful, and we enjoyed wandering down throughout our stay to see the local wildlife. We will definitely be staying again and would 100% recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the Northamptonshire area !! Thank you for such a wonderful few days away !

We had a really wonderful experience at this Airbnb. James’ place is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. It’s decorated in a way to exudes both warmth and luxury. Communication was great, and we had a few tasty snacks and helpful recommendations for local restaurants and things to do upon arrival. The location is the real standout, though. On the high street above a cute coffee shop right in the center of town. This is an excellent choice if you are visiting the Cotswolds.

The Loft in Stow-On-The-Wold is the perfect little Cotswolds getaway! The accommodation is in a great location right amongst everything you need but also still private. The place itself is very clean and welcoming and the bed is like sleeping on a cloud! Amanda is very friendly and communicative, she gives you all the details you need in preparation for arrival and makes sure you are okay throughout your stay! Highly recommended and would love to return again!

We visit the area each year to see friends and have discovered this is the perfect place for us to stay with our dog. It's spacious and comfortable in a quiet location with lots of thoughtful extras. A fantastic little apartment for two which is very spacious with lovely decor & furnishings. Good sized bathroom and small kitchen area with a Nespresso coffee machine - so essentially everything you could ask for ! It is located in what was the garage space of the house and has its own separate entrance and dedicated parking area on the drive. Nigel and Emma were both lovely hosts, super friendly, accommodating and helpful throughout our stay. Well located for the nearby Kenilworth, Leamington Spa, Warwick and the Cotswolds also within easy reach from the apartment. L

🤩My second time in this quiet building hidden away from the sound of nature in Banbury,stay for 8 days.🍀 Chris and Trevor are great hosts, very polite and responsive. They let me check in early and check out late.🙏🏻 😍The two bedrooms had such soft beds and mattresses that I didn't have the strength to get up in the morning. 🪧The living room should have a sofa bed, because it's so nice to sleep and listen to the birds at dawn with the balcony door slightly open. The kitchen doesn't have enough large pots and pans, there could be more frying pans.🍳 🛜The wifi is super fast, that's a bonus!! ✅Private parking. I recommend this place in Banbury, it's expensive but worth it!! 🥰 Thanks again!! 🫂🖐🏻

This was my second stay in the annexe. When working down South, it's become my go to, to get a breather from the hustle and bustle of life. Katie is extremely attentive and helpful (even when I was being an accidentally problematic guest). The accomodation is cosily contained in a quiet neighbourhood but close enough to the lovely Cobbs Farmshop/Café, as well as Stratford so you can have the perfect, relaxing weekend with a little good food and culture on the side!

We stayed here as a group of 4 for 2 nights as we had a friends wedding at Rushton Hall which was only a 15 minute Uber away. It was absolutely perfect, the place was beautiful and clean and had everything we needed! We would highly recommend it!!

Stayed to attend a wedding nearby, apartment was clean and suitably equipped. Nice cafe nearby for breakfast and supermarket round the corner for necessities. Can't fault it.

Kiki was super helpful and responded quickly . The condo was comfortable and walking distance to restaurants and markets.

A comfortable and relaxing stay in a spacious apartment. Wonderful to look out over the beautiful garden. Strong wi-fi and on-site parking. Such a peaceful location yet just a few minutes drive into Warwick or Leamington. Martin the host was always quick to respond to any questions that I had.
