Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. Lovingly renovated single house with 80 m² of living space has been inviting families to relax since November 2019, whether for a cozy weekend or an exploration of the Lauenburg Lake District and the Schaalsee Biosphere Reserve. The location is ideal for day trips: about 25 minutes to Lübeck, 40 minutes to Schwerin, 45 minutes to the Baltic Sea beach or 50 minutes to Hamburg City.

The 9x 5 m indoor pool invites with 26 degrees water temperature in winter , as in summer. The apartment is very well equipped and has a balcony with south-east orientation. The not overflowing beach can be reached on foot via a hiking trail through the beautiful nature ( about 800m).

Our vacation farm on Lake Hemmelsdorf is a nearly 200-year-old half-timbered house in Offendorf, a small village on Lake Hemmelsdorf not far from Timmendorfer Strand. After lovingly detailed renovation, 6 apartments in the style of terraced houses have been created. The apartment 4 on the garden side can accommodate 2-4 people. The sunny southwest terrace and the luxurious modern full equipment combined with antique elements create an extraordinary feel-good ambiance.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
