BehrenSCHLAF vacation home Stay in the thatched farmhouse and discover nature and the countryside well rested. Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. In the in-house swimming pool with spacious sauna, you will find pure relaxation not only in summer but also in winter or on rainy days. Not far from Lake Ratzeburger in a village location, surrounded by fields and nearby forest, the apartment (90 m²) with private entrance can accommodate up to 4 people. The bright rooms are inviting, south terrace (60 m²) with table, chairs and loungers as well as a small garden complete the offer. Bed dimensions (cm) 180 x 200 and 160 x 200. This lovingly furnished apartment in the country house style is part of the former village school of Welzin. The building has been here for over 100 years, far away from media and city noise. If you just want to "get out" and do without the TV, you will find the best starting point for a great Baltic Sea vacation here. Sunbathing on the Baltic Sea, fishing, cycling, kitesurfing and much more. 3 Baltic Sea beaches alone can be reached in 15 minutes. A fireplace ensures a cozy indoor climate.

Quiet but still central

Söhren in the municipality of Weede is quiet but central. It is about 10 km to Bad Segeberg, 25 km to Lübeck and about 30 km to the Baltic Sea. On the upper floor of a detached house, you will find 1 bedroom with a large double bed, a living room with a pull-out sofa bed (2 people), a kitchenette and dining table as well as a bathroom with shower. Unfortunately, there are no shops or places to eat here. Are you traveling with children? No problem: a crib and high chair can be provided.

At home in the heart and in the middle of it in Timmendorfer Strand! The location is perfect, it is only about 100 m to the beach, numerous shopping facilities, restaurants, bars, bakeries, sports facilities and events, everything is in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. With 80 square meters of living space, you have plenty of space for up to 4 people. The apartment is equipped with everything your heart desires. Another highlight is the large, sunny balcony.

Schanzen Loft-City, Messe, Reeperbahn Karoviertel [district]

A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

Creative vacation on the Baltic Sea

Welcome to Feldhusen, an idyllic and very quiet village, 2 km away from the Baltic Sea coast. The newly renovated apartment on the 1st floor consists of a living-dining area with kitchenette (incl. dishwasher and washing machine), a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a bedroom in the attic with a large double bed (1.8 m). The apartment has a large private roof terrace. The living-dining area offers an additional sofa bed as well as a workplace.

Enjoy a vacation in the heart of the historic old town. This cozy and also super centrally located apartment is situated in the heart of the beautiful state capital Schwerin, making it the ideal base for trips or excursions of all kinds. The castle; the theater; the cathedral; restaurants; cafes, public transport, etc. are a stone's throw away. With its 2.5 light-filled rooms, the apartment offers enough space for up to six people.

The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is level and has an independent entrance. It has its own terrace and is located on the south side of the house. Rooms are featured with antique furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator. The bathroom has a large corner bath and double sink. In the living room is a big flat screen. And lots of shelves with books for every taste.

Poolside and beach

Quiet apartment in a small complex with a heated swimming pool (26 °C) and sauna, surrounded by beautiful nature not far from the beach. Bed linen can be booked for a fee, The pool is equipped with a counter-current system and is free of charge from 8am to 10pm. The sauna is available for a fee. Two barbecue areas and covered seating on the play and sunbathing lawn are available to guests.
