Welcome to 6 Toms Yard! It’s a self contained one bedroom flat with a private bathroom on the ground floor of our home. There is a private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs and free off road parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of St.Ives and 10 minute walk to the coastal path. There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. Kerensa is located on a peaceful, residential road and guests have sole use of the purpose built annexe, with private access, small garden patio and a designated driveway for parking one car. My partner and I stayed at the Beersheba Studio for a little getaway in June 25. We received a friendly and personal greeting from the host Vicki who guided us to the entrance and parking. The Studio is a beautifully modern build surrounded by farm fields looking over the ocean and countryside. Even caught a glimpse of the beautiful resident horses on site. The living space is fab with a fully functioning kitchen. Location is superb - we visited St Ives Harbour(15 min drive), St Michael's Mount (20 minutes) and Lands End (40 minutes). Would highly recommend the Beersheba Studio to any couple seeking a sea side getaway, historical landmarks with the perks of the countryside.

We had 2 nights stay in there. Julia was very welcoming and the description about the place was very accurate. The room was very spacious, clean and all facilities were available. Public transportation was very accessible as well. We will strongly recommend this place to everyone who is planning to visit St Ives.

Miner's rest is perfectly located for exploring the area. Lots to do (walking coast path, beaches, mines, pubs, gardens etc). The accommodation is perfect for a couple (plus a dog!) and Abi was very helpful and communicated well. Plentiful local buses helped get me around. I hope to return asap. Highly recommended.

The cabin was perfect for me as a sea kayaker visiting for a week. Private parking, friendly welcome, attractive and spacious cabin. Wonderful walk-in shower and a compact but practical area with microwave, mini fridge and kettle. Fresh milk plus tea and coffee was provided. The cabin is located close to many wonderful beaches and attractions including Praa Sands, Sennen Cove, St Michael’s Mount, Newlyn, Mousehole and St Ives. Brilliant spot and stunningly beautiful for kayaking or walking. Highly recommend.

A lovely little cottage, beautiful inside and out. A very peaceful stay. Katie was very helpful, made for a very straightforward and easy holiday experience. Whilst in a rural location, so many places you can get to within a short drive.

Great hosts. Easy to find and check in. The stay itself is great, has everything needed for a solo/couple traveller. Not much bathroom space for a female though if required as it's a basin only, but kitchen can be used instead. Has a standalone hot water system, so instant heat, which I thought was fantastic. Bed was fairly good given it's a fold out. Tv and floor fan. Fridge was quite big. Driveway parking to keep the car safe too. Great stay, thanks again 🙂
