Poppy the Bell Tent at Mena Farm, Cornwall

CelesteRating, 5 stars23 months ago
Wow! What an amazing place you guys have. Our first get-away with our little boy (8 mos) as we went to an Eden Session and decided to make a weekend of it. We arrived on Friday and our hosts were welcoming, friendly and so helpful. We settled into our beautifully clean and spacious bell tent ‘Poppy’ before heading out to the Eden Project, approximately 10 mins drive. The loos and showers were clean and tidy, the little shop on site was well stocked and our little boy loved looking at the pigs and wondering down to the pond at the bottom of the meadow. The views are beautiful!! And if we had stayed longer we would have certainly wondered around the local area a little bit more as Ali recommended some nice local walks. On Sat evening a fab little food and drink van arrived on site and we enjoyed watching the sun set with a delicious cocktail. I can’t say enough about this place and we are already looking at when we can return! Family friendly, great location, wonderful hosts!

Had a great stay in Hazel! Really warm and cozy despite the awful weather outside. Check in was great and everything was explained really clearly. The tipi and shower block was all super clean! Great bonus being able to visit the pigs!

Daisy the Bell Tent at Mena Farm, Cornwall

NicolaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Ali accommodated us last minute and she was really helpful! I was travelling with 2 children, 12 and 10, and they loved ‘glamping’; Ali provided us with some kit to make a fire in the fire pit, which just added to the experience. She was also really helpful with suggestions on where to eat. My daughter’s asked me to add that she loved the chickens and pigs!

Furnished 5m Bell tent

Md MorshedulRating, 5 stars21 months ago
Great host, very friendly and responsive. Late check-in was fine. Clear instructions provided, so finding the place was easy. Our first camp-site stay. Free parking, eco-friendly toilet and shower with hot water was there. Ms. Claire even arranged a charger light for the tent and charging facility for our phones. Sleeping with the hoot of an owl and waking up with rooster crowing, took us back to the memory lane, when we as kids used to visit our grandparents home with similar peaceful surroundings.

Members only - Hare tent pitch

SarahRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Angie and Sue were incredible hosts and have done a fantastic job at rewilding their land. The campsite is peaceful with beautiful views and plenty of romantic spots dotted around the lake. The breakfast was well worth the money and gave us a great start to each day. As well as enjoying the wildlife, we got to meet the resident rescue farm animals. Bonnie and Clyde, the sheep, were absolutely adorable. We were even able to buy some fresh hen's eggs and homemade jam to take home. Angie gave us a great reccomendation for food to celebrate our second anniversary. The Molesworth Arms, which is a short drive away and run by another brilliant couple. Everything about our stay was far beyond our expectations and we will definitely be returning in the future!

Loved staying at Yve and Karl's - very friendly and informative hosts. The tent was fully kitted and had surprisingly more cozy comfies than we expected. Very friendly and informative hosts. This was our 4year old daughter's first camping and she has now fallen in love with the idea. Beautiful beach, fantastic scenery and trails within 10mins walk - will highly recommend!

The Glade, luxury dog friendly bell tent

ElizabethRating, 5 stars46 months ago
What a wonderful experience- if you love the idea of camping but hate the hassle then this is for you - stunning location, friendly hosts and dogs, sea view, beautiful private area for the tent. It was a good size for a family of 4 and great to have our own kitchen (really well equipped!) and bathroom facilities. My only complaint is that there’s so much to do in the area I could do with a few days just to relax and enjoy the glamping site! Children and dog loved it too.

Primrose Farm, Glamping With hot Tub - Bluebell

KristianRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
Our stay was great. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and well provisioned. Plenty of wood for the fire and spare butane for the gas stoves. The hot-tub was warm and ready to go on arrival. The accommodation was lovely and spacious, shower room was clean and easily operated. USB sockets beside the bed were a blessing. The entrance to the site was clear and well signed. The parking at the accommodation had more than enough room for several cars. Stephen met us on arrival and gave us a very warm welcome and tour of the facilities. A lovely weekend and a wonderful location.

We had an amazing stay, reminds me of my childhood memories. Peaceful, quiet and totally different from the city. Camping Pitch with Tent Provided

LucyRating, 5 stars9 months ago
Where do we begin?! Beautiful location and campsite. Darryl and Claire were fantastic hosts, welcoming and kind. They had plenty of recommendations for us for days out/restaurants. Anything you needed they were quick to help out. The campsite was lush! Surrounded by beautiful woodlands and a short walk to St Agnes. They had all the amenities you could need, the kitchen was a great size and well stocked with tea/coffee and essentials. The shower/toilet facilities were spotless! Hot shower and perfect for what we needed camping. We met Beau and Belle their gorgeous doggies! Everything was exactly as described. They both went above and beyond for us and we couldn’t have wanted anymore. The campsite is beautiful in the day and is magical at night. Their location was great, there is a bus stop right outside, a pub next door which were given some money off vouchers for and a short drive/bus journey to Falmouth/newquay and surrounding towns and villages. Just perfect! Thankyou x

Campion Glamping Safari Tent

AlexandriaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
We booked a weekend away for our daughter’s 6th birthday and it couldn’t have been more wonderful. The accommodation is spacious and has everything you could need. Wonderful to have a proper fridge and hot water too, as lots of glamping places don’t. The location is just amazing. We ended up spending all weekend on-site- playing badminton, volleyball and skittles, hoping in and out of the hot tub - and the children spent a hours on the swings. Thanks so much for having us (and for the delicious scones. We will most certainly be back.

Glamping at Gooseford Farm

MachaelaRating, 5 stars1 day ago
We went to Gooseford farm for our friends hen do and it was brilliant! The host Lisa was fantastic from start to finish. She went above and beyond. The feeding and brushing of the cows was amazing and made it even better that one of the cows was named after our bride to be😂 the weather didn't stop us having fun either. The location is lovely and the tents were beautifully made up and were so spacious. We would 100% travel to go again. We also got to befriend Lisa's lovely dog Fern too.

Rosewarne Farm, Cornwall Glamping Pendarves Tent

MelissaRating, 5 stars9 months ago
I took my two kids for our first glamping experience. We had great instructions on how to find the campsite and which tent was ours. Beautiful bell tent with clean comfy beds. And also equipped with indoor and outdoor seating and a little fire pit. No electricity but that was fine with us. Nichola and Zarran were super helpful throughout our stay. The site is small but we had plenty of space. The views over the fields are beautiful. It is quite close to the A30 and the constant hum of traffic can be heard in the background. Compost toilets were a novelty for the kids but were clean and did not smell at all. The shower (only one working, but that wasn’t an issue as there weren’t many others at the site when we were there) is hot but really temperamental and tricky to get the hang of. Nichola and Zarran helped us with that. The site is close to lovely beaches and not far from civilisation. We loved our stay and made some great memories.
