A charming Cornish bolthole.

Our small, but recently restored bolthole is the perfect escape for exploring all areas of Cornwall. Ideally located inland for access to both the north and south coasts, as well as the many pretty Cornish towns and villages, especially the stunning Roseland peninsula nearby. Coombe is a sleepy village, with a permanent community. Nearest amenities, such as shops and pubs are within a 5 minute drive. Our south facing garden and terrace is a delightful sun trap. Come and share our magic.

The Annexe in the heart of beautiful Cornwall.

The Annexe has been newly built from scratch to provide a home from home for guests. The Annexe is a 5 minute walk from the local sports centre with a soft play and swimming pool and a large park with a café opposite. We are also very close to the train and bus routes to the rest of Cornwall and local attractions (such as Charlestown, The Eden project and The lost gardens of Heligan to name but a few) so guests do not necessarily need to drive to make the most of their stay.

Peaceful Barn with Sea Views near Falmouth

Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.
