With wide views of the beach and sea, this superb penthouse is mere minutes walk from the beach. Recently built the property has been designed and furnished to a very high standard and features 3 ground floor bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, all tastefully styled and luxuriously kitted out. On its top floor, an open-plan kitchen, dining and living room gives plenty of space for socialising, and sliding doors open the space outside to its two large terraces, one to the side and one to the front.

Sea View offers cosy accommodation with stunning views over the Camel Estuary and a short stroll from Padstow harbour. Finished to high standards, the house provides a wonderful base for up to four people. ​ A generous open plan living, dining and kitchen layout offers ample space with connection to the private outdoor sun terrace and garden. There are two beautiful double bedrooms, one en-suite and a private bathroom and a log burner for winter months. Private parking provided.

Tressa. Beautiful shepherds hut. Village location.

Tressa is a brand new shepherds hut located in the heart of st Merryn and a short drive from the beautiful seven bays. Consisting of a cosy one double bedroom with a small kitchen area and shower room. Sited in our garden the main access is shared with our other properties Demelza and Lowenna but we have made a lovely cosy area exclusively for Tressa. There is an outdoor patio and small sheltered eating area. Plus a small garden with reclining chairs, a lovely sun trap!

The Nook

The Nook was purpose built in 2019 to be an ideal place for a single person, couple, or family to stay; we also welcome well behaved pets! Newly decorated for 2025 and a short walk from the beach and tidal pool. Close by is a fabulous farm shop for milk, croissants and other essentials. The neighbouring town of Padstow is a couple of minutes away by car or a walk through the fields or along the coast for some world class dining options. There is parking for one car.
