There is a private outdoor patio with bistro table and chairs and free off road parking. 20 minute walk into the centre of St.Ives and 10 minute walk to the coastal path. There is unlimited free WIFi and smart TV. The kitchen there is a double hob and everything else you’ll need. At night enjoy a king size bed with super comfy Eve mattress. A former Library set in an AONB with easy access to open countryside and many beautiful beaches. Perfect for walking, cycling, beaches, surfing, art and history lovers. A wealth of places around the peninsula to explore. The Library is a fully equipped, 2 bedroomed tranquil space with views over the garden and open fields with a small, private courtyard with table and chairs.

Chy Noweth ,a peaceful escape with parking

Chy noweth is part of my home with a private back door entrance with a key safe on the outside wall. The space inside is totally private and for your use only. The patio area is for your use and the garden area is shared with myself. There is a kettle and coffee machine in the small utility area as well as a under counter fridge. I will supply tea, coffee ,biscuits and milk for your arrival. There are no cooking facilities but restaurants are plentiful in nearby St. Ives , Hayle and Marazion.

The seafront, restaurants, supermarkets and bars are 5 minutes on foot. St Micheals mount, St. Ives, Newlyn, Mousehole and great surf spots are close by.

The Old Studio

Purpose built wooden cabin providing an en suite bedroom, in the garden, tucked up behind the brook. Unrestricted access to the shared kitchen in the main house. Sleeps up to 3 people (2 adults and 1 child), and enjoys views of the surrounding garden and brook. You are actually right next to the babbling brook, to lull you off to sleep! The cabin is a 7 minute walk from Tanglewood Wild Garden which ranks as number 5 in Tripadvisor’s 10 top attractions in Penzance!

Pines at Carminowe Farm, a peaceful rural retreat

Cozy flat located at Carminowe Farm, just outside the village of Pendeen, slightly off the beaten track with no close neighbours, making it extremely peaceful and a haven for wildlife. It's a short walk to the shop, pubs and local facilities. The coast path is approximately a mile and a half away. The flat has ample parking and its own courtyard seating area. The hosts live in the main part of the house and have a border collie called Bill and a cat.

Our pretty barn conversion is located just outside the rural & picturesque village of Zennor in an area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It stands behind our farmhouse overlooking the fields, with views down to the sea. It has a large open plan kitchen/living room with a log burner, 1 bedroom & bathroom. It is newly converted to a very high standard. Many beautiful walks & sandy beaches all around us.
