Clean, modern, and well-equipped - everything we needed for a great stay. The off-street parking was a plus, and the washer and dryer were super handy. Located in a quiet, convenient spot. Lovely place overall - would definitely recommend!

Nice warm and clean home with good fenced in yard for dogs but unfortunately this had a bit of flooding. Also there is an issue trying to get in and out of property due to road works but this not the homeowners fault. Would stay there again.

Beautiful, spacious home with peaceful surroundings. Clean and spotless. Highly recommended for family groups. We enjoyed using the pool which was well maintained. Wifi not great but we managed. Thank you allowing us to stay.

What a wonderful location and fabulous accommodation just as described. Easy to locate, with uncomplicated parking and access. Everything was available at the accommodation with little touches that had been carefully considered. The bed was comfortable with lovely linen and comfortable pillows. The view from the bedroom window and the small balcony , was just lovely and the whole space created a relaxed and enjoyable break. Thank you to Carolyn for great communication. A great location for access to central Christchurch. The townhouse is delightful, sunny and comfortable. Really appreciated being able to park off the street. Barry and Sue were very helpful and informative.

We loved the location and the quality of the modern, spacious accommodation. Very comfortable modern lounge room and great TV for whe. you just want a night in. Convenient parking and a near city walkable location. We would definitely come back to this booking when we return to Christchurch. Only small lont is that the only bathroom (toilets) are upstairs, otherwise perfect!

Studio is as described. Everything is new and it's very clean. Sharon is a proactive and responsive host.

It was a great start to our family vacation in NZ. Amy’s place is cosy, clean and comfortable. Beds are comfy and with hotel quality linen…plus bakery and coffee shop downstairs, it definitely helps to start the day on the right foot. It is also located opposite Holey Moley - the mini -golf venue. We had so much fun with our 8 yo boy there:-) Thank you for a lovely stay, Amy. We also appreciate you allowed us to check in early in the morning on this occasion.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Susan’s! The house was spacious and adequately equipped. It was also very well located as it’s a very short drive and probably about 10-15min walk to the central city! Susan was also a great host — she’s very quick to respond to our queries, gave clear and easy instructions for checking in/out, and overall made our stay very enjoyable!

Really handy location and easy walking distance into the CBD. The garden/outdoor area could use a bit of a spruce up to make it useable but the place was otherwise was great and fulfilled our needs 😊

This is an absolute gem of an Airbnb, beautifully decorated has everything you need, and a five minute walk to the city. Everything is super convenient and Lily, our host, was quick to respond and patient. I will definitely come back!
