Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Christchurch City

Lovely modern apartment with great amenities. Amy was super helpful with instructions for check in and was always responsive. We were only there for 1 night before heading to the airport so unsure about distance to the centre but with a car it's a great location, perfect walking distance to the food market

I absolutely loved Sarah's place and its central location in Christchurch! Everything to visit (Botanic Gardens, Tūranga library, Riverside Market, the bus interchange, and more!) was walkable and hearing the bells from the trams throughout the day was charming. I was traveling solo, but loved all the space and amenities provided, including the balconies. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful location and fabulous accommodation just as described. Easy to locate, with uncomplicated parking and access. Everything was available at the accommodation with little touches that had been carefully considered. The bed was comfortable with lovely linen and comfortable pillows. The view from the bedroom window and the small balcony , was just lovely and the whole space created a relaxed and enjoyable break. Thank you to Carolyn for great communication. Great location, overlooking Hagley Park. Warm, clean and comfortable place. Well equipped. Fabulous water pressure in the shower! Helpful hosts. Will definitely book again.

We loved our stay at Geoff's place. Location and parking was convenient. Wifi was excellent, and there was good water pressure in the shower. It is a very clean, comfortable and well-laid-out apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the bathroom supplies were well thought out. Geoff is a helpful, warm and friendly host who welcomed us with fruit cake. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an awesome away from Christchurch. Everything was so handy, walking distance, can’t get any better! Their place was a cosy 2 bedroom house. Totally enjoyed staying at John’s place. Thank you very much!

We were happy with our stay. The beds were comfortable and the house was quiet and warm inside. It was also well situated.

townhouse is close to city amenities like bus interchange, hospital, museums, restaurants, etc. Casa is a very responsive host and communicates well. Her place is neat and beds are comfortable so we are able to recharge after a long day in town.

Seaside beach house was a delight! Nadia is a great host and very welcoming. The home is marvellous and well equipped. Suited our stay superbly and we’d love to come back and stay again!

Nice warm and clean home with good fenced in yard for dogs but unfortunately this had a bit of flooding. Also there is an issue trying to get in and out of property due to road works but this not the homeowners fault. Would stay there again.

Had a great time. Convenient dogs could stay in the courtyard while we were out for the day. Nice having 3 rooms and a toilet upstairs and downstairs.

Thank you for accomodating our request and let my pooches in your place, outdoor area and fully fence. Cozy apartment, it’s not a big space but it’s enough to come home to sleep after a day in the city. Bed comfy, the pillows are too soft hehe Bathroom are spacious and living area is good too. Narrow driveway but handy to have parking space dedicated to your stay, easy checking in/out. Will I stay again ? YES!

It was a great start to our family vacation in NZ. Amy’s place is cosy, clean and comfortable. Beds are comfy and with hotel quality linen…plus bakery and coffee shop downstairs, it definitely helps to start the day on the right foot. It is also located opposite Holey Moley - the mini -golf venue. We had so much fun with our 8 yo boy there:-) Thank you for a lovely stay, Amy. We also appreciate you allowed us to check in early in the morning on this occasion.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Susan’s! The house was spacious and adequately equipped. It was also very well located as it’s a very short drive and probably about 10-15min walk to the central city! Susan was also a great host — she’s very quick to respond to our queries, gave clear and easy instructions for checking in/out, and overall made our stay very enjoyable!

Really handy location and easy walking distance into the CBD. The garden/outdoor area could use a bit of a spruce up to make it useable but the place was otherwise was great and fulfilled our needs 😊

This is an absolute gem of an Airbnb, beautifully decorated has everything you need, and a five minute walk to the city. Everything is super convenient and Lily, our host, was quick to respond and patient. I will definitely come back!

This apartment is AMAZING!! the apartment is really spacious, has excellent quality furnishings, was super clean and was in a fantastic location. We could not fault anything, and I would love to permanently live here. Check in and check out was a breeze. Thanks for the great stay.

Great place. Excellent location, has an off street parking spot. Right in the city, walk to e writhing. Beautiful afternoon sun to patio area, really recommend this pls e to have a nice stay in Chch. Very clean, very new, spotless and modern.
