Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Christchurch City

Very modern and clean. Perfect for one or two people for a quick over night. Kitchen was equipped. Bed was comfortable. Walking distance to the beach. Not much else around. The pier, shops and restaurants are close by. Visit the pier if you like the beach but everything else around has gone down. Not appealing at all. We drove 10 min away for a meal.

We were happy with our stay. The beds were comfortable and the house was quiet and warm inside. It was also well situated.

Great place to stay, very nice! We enjoyed the couple of nights we were there, and would recommend it.

Wonderful place to stay. I could go on and on about it, but then it would be booked out constantly and I want to keep going back! It’s my 4th time staying there since 2022 and every time is better than the next. Thank you for offering such a lovely home away from home.

Seaside beach house was a delight! Nadia is a great host and very welcoming. The home is marvellous and well equipped. Suited our stay superbly and we’d love to come back and stay again!

Had a great time. Convenient dogs could stay in the courtyard while we were out for the day. Nice having 3 rooms and a toilet upstairs and downstairs.

Lovely modern apartment with great amenities. Amy was super helpful with instructions for check in and was always responsive. We were only there for 1 night before heading to the airport so unsure about distance to the centre but with a car it's a great location, perfect walking distance to the food market

This apartment is charming, clean, quiet, and conveniently located. There are numerous excellent restaurants nearby, and the city center is just a 10-minute walk away. It provides a homely atmosphere that we truly appreciate. We adore this place and will certainly return. Highly recommended.

Modern space so close to town. Quiet when inside - no road noise. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay! The kitchen is nicely equipped and perfect for preparing meals. The space is cozy and comfortable, making it a perfect retreat. Plus, it’s a short walk or e-scoot to the shopping area and popular eatery, Smokey T’s, which made dining out very convenient. Overall, a wonderful place to stay with great amenities and accessibility.

What a wonderful location and fabulous accommodation just as described. Easy to locate, with uncomplicated parking and access. Everything was available at the accommodation with little touches that had been carefully considered. The bed was comfortable with lovely linen and comfortable pillows. The view from the bedroom window and the small balcony , was just lovely and the whole space created a relaxed and enjoyable break. Thank you to Carolyn for great communication. We have stayed with Ann-Marie several times now and as usual it was excellent. it has everything we need, it is warm and comfortable and Ann-Marie and Russell are great hosts.

This is a wonderful place in Cashmere. It is close to Cashmere hill outlook with beautiful views. You can also enjoy the view from a large window in room. The place is fully equipped with all you need for short and long stay. I stayed there for 4 weeks and I enjoyed every moment of it. Many thanks to Sue for offering this place. It was my first time in Christchurch and if I go there again, I will definitely stay at this place again!

It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Stave’s apartment it was clean, cozy, spacious and perfectly located for us being so close to a number of restraints and the airport. our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. We'd highly recommend this place to anyone. Thanks again Stave

This was the perfect location for my stay , easy walk or fun lime scooter to town. Beautiful outlook and felt very safe and secure which was great ! Super clean, modern and comfortable. I great wee find so close to town.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Susan’s! The house was spacious and adequately equipped. It was also very well located as it’s a very short drive and probably about 10-15min walk to the central city! Susan was also a great host — she’s very quick to respond to our queries, gave clear and easy instructions for checking in/out, and overall made our stay very enjoyable!

I have stayed a few times now, such a great location. Unit is peaceful and very clean with everything you need. The shower fix is great and has totally sorted that issue with no water running on to bathroom floor now. Will definately stay again.

This is an absolute gem of an Airbnb, beautifully decorated has everything you need, and a five minute walk to the city. Everything is super convenient and Lily, our host, was quick to respond and patient. I will definitely come back!

Great place. Excellent location, has an off street parking spot. Right in the city, walk to e writhing. Beautiful afternoon sun to patio area, really recommend this pls e to have a nice stay in Chch. Very clean, very new, spotless and modern.
