⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Perfect Beach Getaway for Families This condo was absolutely beautiful and spacious—perfect for our group of 8 (two families). The location couldn’t be better: right on the beach and within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and attractions. We loved waking up early to catch the sunrise with our little ones, such a peaceful and unforgettable part of our trip! The condo had everything we needed to feel right at home, and we were all very comfortable throughout our stay. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to other families looking for a relaxing and convenient stay in Ocean City!

Our family had a wonderful time exploring and enjoying the area. It was nice to have a clean, comfortable space to come back to. It have everything we needed to cook, we enjoyed the games, and we especially enjoyed the back porch room. I read and had my coffee in there every morning. We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with our accommodations.

Susan’s home was exactly what we needed for our tournament weekend. We didn’t get to enjoy the proximity to the beach but we absolutely loved our stay. Susan was an amazing host. Would definitely stay again!

The condo was perfect for our family of 8. It is much larger than the pictures let on. The deck was big enough for all of us to comfortably sit and chat - and Julie has plenty of patio chairs and two tables! Everything was super clean, no clutter, lots of space to spread out and not be on top of each other. The location is perfect too! Quick walk to the beach and some shops. Bus ride can easily take you down to the boardwalk or restaurants you can’t walk to. No need to move your car once you are here. We enjoyed this stay so much we are planning on returning next year. Helens place was perfect for our relaxing girls weekend. we loved the outdoor porch and watching all the birds!

We ABSOLUTELY loved our visit, and plan to return and stay with Basia! Our weekend consisted of rainy weather and she offered us a covered porch which was well worth it!! Each morning we had a peaceful water view with the horses in the distance. I don’t think it could get any better. The boat tour was SO much fun. Basia stayed in contact with us about when would be the better time to go. She really looked out for us when the weather would be at its peak. Her recommendations never failed to impress. Thank you SO much for having us!! We plan to be back.

We can't wait to return to Golden Quarter Farm! Charming and expansive, the property has everything we were looking for in a place to spend a relaxing weekend with extended family. The historic house is bright and roomy with a well-appointed kitchen; the bedrooms are unique, comfortable, and private; and the living space homey and inviting -- perfect for spending time together. The beautiful views of the riverfront drew everyone outside for walks down the pier, through the fields, and down the sun-dappled forest trails. It was a bit too chilly during our April stay, but the possibilities for enjoying the river (canoe, kayay, SUP) and lovely pool were nonetheless enticing. Finally, I must mention that Evie and Mary were extraordinarily welcoming and accomodating, from communicating proactively to preparing the home for our stay and checking in to make sure everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Had such a lovely stay at the Little House to attend a wedding at the Maritime Museum which is virtually next door. We hope to be back again when we have more time to enjoy the gorgeous view, little beach, and walk to a restaurant or two. Perfect location and we were in awe at how many stars we could see with so little light pollution compared to our home in the suburbs. 🩷 Even with summer temps the screen porch with fan was the best way to wind down in the evening. They’ve thought of everything you could possibly need!

Location, location, location! This was our second stay this year in this property. It’s the perfect location in town. Close to the restaurant, boat ramp, and friends at the campground. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay again. Clean property with responsive hosts. We will be back!

This was our second trip to Catherine's retreat and we loved our stay this time even more than our first. Both Catherine and her husband assisted us when we had questions and provided suggestions for local events. The property is such a restful delight; from the pool, the views of the marshes, the quiet, and the plethora of wildlife to see. The home is comfy and we had everything we needed to make ourselves great meals and just soothe the soul. Between spending time on Assateague by day and returning to this special place at night, we came home restored. Thanks again!

This was our 3rd time in Chincoteague in the past 4 years and we plan on visiting again in the future. The beach is easily accessible but has never seemed too crowded. We love watching the wildlife (especially the horses). There is plenty to do for the whole family. We really enjoyed our stay at this house from beginning to end. Communication with Gary and Renee was seamless. We spent a lot of time hanging out on the screened-in porch. We had plenty of ping-pong matches. We had a lot of fun in the pool also.

Spent 3 nights visiting with our son who is in the Marines. The house is really spacious and comfy. It’s private and super peaceful which we really appreciated coming from super packed Bethany beach. So nice to come back to the deck to relax in the shade and watch deer in the big yard. Beds are comfortable. We brought lots of food. Our son loves homemade when visiting. The kitchen is huge and so easy to cook in. 15mins to the beach. So easy to in and out. Josh was a great communicator. A fantastic stay was had! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this house! Doug is a very helpful and responsive host. The house is just as pictured in the photos and very clean. The location is also ideal - private but close to everything! The deck and patio in the backyard are beautiful and right on the water. The pool is also very clean and relaxing. I don’t have one bad thing to say about this house, and I can’t wait to come back next summer! :)

We enjoyed a wonderful week at 12 Moonshell. The house is in a great location, on a quiet street with a wide canal, and near both the golf course and OP Yacht Club. The water views are fantastic! The home itself was spacious and well-appointed, with a large, fully equipped kitchen and a great master bedroom suite, as well as a nice deck and screened porch overlooking the water. The garage is stocked as well, with bikes, beach chairs, and outdoor games. 

My partner and I stayed at Nu’s cottage in Ocean Pines while attending the Boardwalk Rock Music Festival in OCMD, and it was absolutely perfect. We scheduled our Ubers to and from the festival weeks in advance which made it very affordable and convenient. The home was spotless, spacious, and located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood—great for relaxing after a long day. It’s just a short drive or ride share to Ocean City, with tons of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores close by. The house had everything we needed: plenty of space, convenient parking, a nice shaded outdoor area, and a screened-in patio that was perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. While it was just the two of us, the layout would be ideal for a family or small group—there are three bedrooms (1 queen, 1 double, 2 singles) and plenty of room to spread out. Nu was a fantastic host and made everything seamless. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!

This house is very spacious, comfortable and very homey. We had a great stay! We were initially concerned about it having only one and half bathrooms but once we were there we didn’t even notice it. The bathroom is so big and the half bathroom is ideally situated at the other end of the house, which was very convenient. We would definitely recommend it and will book it again on our next trip to Salisbury.

This wonderful condo is a short stroll from a private beach, with a quiet well-furnished deck and fully-stocked kitchen. Perfect for a beach stay away from the crowds.

This is a great place if your family is looking for a beach get away. The fishing pier is large and can accommodate multiple fishing poles. The crabbing was also great! We caught so many crabs that we had crabs everyday. The large dining table and screened porch was perfect for family lunches/dinners. Rangeley (host) was also very responsive and made sure our stay was comfortable. I would highly recommend this place!

We had the best time at the farmhouse! The house is as described. Definitely a wonderful opportunity to unplug. The bedding was amazing and Eleanor and her husband were quick to respond with a downstairs AC unit which was a game changer! We loved our flight tasting at the winery and bought a bottle to take home. Great porch sitting time. Read the story of the farm - so interesting. Thanks for your hospitality!
